The next day before school, the press had swarmed the gates of UA asking passing students about All Might. A microphone was shoved in Izuku's hooded face and promptly crushed in a clawed grip. Thankfully the barrier kept them off the grounds, otherwise Izuku couldn't promise their continued safety.

Aizawa stood before the class, finishing up the reviews from the battle trial with All Might. "Kirishima, if you're in a fair fight with a villain, either one of you is lying or you're both stupid. You fight to win or don't fight at all. Midoriya, your quirk is meant to have a few practical applications but all I've seen so far is enhanced physical abilities and claws. Learn a new trick."
There was a chorus of "Yes sensei" from the class.

"Now it's time for an announcement. Today you'll be," everyone leaned forward "picking your class presidents."
"That's so normal!"
Aizawa zips himself into a sleeping bag. "Don't wake me up unless someone is dying."

Many people want the position of course. At a normal school, the class presidents just organise events, but at a hero school it's basically resume worthy. Iida wound up suggesting an election, despite the fact everyone has known each other for less than a week. But it was their best shot. Izuku followed in his teacher's lead. "I'm not interested. If anyone votes for me, I will hurt you."
Leans back in his chair, going to "sleep", unaware of the stare from a particular spiky blonde.

Of course, due to how his biology works, he didn't really need to sleep. He could however trigger a trance like state akin to hibernation. This hibernative state allowed for a deeper connection to the Blacknet, if he felt so inclined. He currently used that connection to watch his dads final showdown with the Supreme Hunter. That thing was disgusting to look at, with all those cancerous growths and whatnot.

Although its existence did raise some interesting questions. If Blacklight was an altered version of Redlight, wasn't Greene his grandmother? And if the cancer weapon used by Cross was also made with Redlight, was the Supreme Hunter his uncle? Or since it was cut out of his father and then jabbed into Greene, was it his brother? If it was his brother, did that make Greene his step-mom?

He of course sent this line of questioning to his father before quickly shuttering his connection to the Blacknet, chuckling to himself at the idea of the confused state he's most likely left his father in. "What's so funny?"
Izuku turns to look at Bakugou. "Dunno. Guess I had a funny dream. Why's that any of your business?"
"Tch." Bakugou looks away. "Never mind. Fucking corpse looking ass."

Izuku was rather proud of his deathly grey complexion, but he was willing to let that one slide. This time. Though he wished Bakugou would quit being so difficult. It was rather annoying. Although he guesses telling someone to kill themselves and hearing that they actually did it would make anyone a little off. It's probably for the best that the blonde didn't know Izuku Midoriya really died.

Iida was actually voted as Vice President, with Momo Yaoyorozu as Class President. Of course, Uraraka wanted to congratulate him during lunch, and as her friend, Izuku accompanied her. Their congratulations were met with... humble gratitude. Although the borderline twinkle in the guy's eyes betrayed his pride.

Izuku was thankful when Uraraka changed subjects. He was still getting the hang of social stuff since he never had friends before. "Iida, with the way you talk, are you rich?"
"Well yeah, he's Ingenium's brother." They both look at him in shock. "You're not exactly subtle." He grabs his phone from his pocket and brings up an image of ingenium with his helmet off for an ad. "He literally looks like an older version of you and you have the exact same quirk."

His phone was of course also made of biomass. If his dad can create fully functional radios, Izuku can make a goddamned phone. It took a few tries though. The case was black and red with the same pattern his fathers jacket had. If anyone tries to steal and crack open this phone they'd probably be disgusted by all the weird meaty looking stuff inside it.

Iida adjusts his glasses. "It is true. I had hoped to keep my school life separate from my family's reputation by not saying anything. I hope this doesn't change anything between us."
Uraraka reassures him. "I won't say anything if you don't want anyone to know."
Izuku shrugs. "I honestly don't care either way."

That was a lie. He did care. Not because of the fame, but because of the genes. A quirk that is so versatile and powerful that it's been passed down and birthed several generations of top heroes sounds... delicious. He could practically feel his biomass writhe with hunger. But it was probably rude to ask someone to donate their genes when you've only just befriended them, right? He could wait.

Before the conversation could go anywhere else, Izuku heard something, like a distant stampede. "Does anyone else hear that?"
An alarm cuts off any attempts at a response. "Security level three has been breached. Students must evacuate in an orderly fashion."
Uraraka looks frightened. "What's security level three?"
"It means unauthorized personnel have infiltrated the campus."

Iida and Uraraka give him odd looks. "What?"
"Midoriya, how do you know that?"
He grabs a small book from his pocket. "It was in the student handbook they handed out at orientation."
"We never went to orientation!"
"Yeah, that's why I told someone that Aizawa was our homeroom teacher and they gave me a spare one."
Despite the panic taking place around them, their lunch table was impossibly still before Iida simply held his head in his hands. "Why didn't I think of that?"

Uraraka looks around them while Iida has his crisis. "How are we supposed to evacuate in this mess? This doesn't seem orderly, or fashion."
Izuku hums. "I'll carry you."
Iida looks up from his hands. "With all due respect Midoriya, I don't think that's possi-ble!" Iida was quickly proven wrong when Izuku managed to perfectly perch him and Uraraka on his shoulders. "I stand corrected."
Uraraka holds onto his arm to maintain balance. "You're really strong."
"I know."

With his friends safe on his shoulders, Izuku begins making his way through the crowd. With how much biomass he'd accumulated, thanks to the bio-bars he'd been eating, anyone dumb enough to bump into him confused him with a brick wall. Before Izuku could push his way through the crowd to the exit, Iida gives him a tap. "Wait, I think I can see something! Get to the window!"

Izuku manages to push his way through the crowd to the giant window so Iida can get a better look. "It's not a villain, or even a threat. It's just the media! We need to inform people about this so they'll calm down."
Izuku bums and looks around before seeing the emergency sign over the exit door. "Iida, I'm going to throw you."
"You're going to wha- AAAAHHHHHHHH!"

Iida was sent flying over the crowd until he hit the wall above the door and managed to collect himself fast enough to stand on top of the exit sign, unintentionally mimicking the stance of the figure on it. "Everyone!" When all eyes are on him, he continues. "The security breach is just the press! Please calm down before someone gets trampled to death!"
