Izuku Midoriya dies jumping off a rooftop in Musutafu. He wakes up in a morgue. Learning about the sins of the past he climbs up the food chain in his quest to become the ultimate hero.
The next day of classes were very different to their first. No threats of expulsion, and the classes were all the same kind of thing you'd see in any other school. At least until it came to the class everyone was looking forward to. "I am here, coming through the door like a hero!" Izuku wasn't sure about the "like a hero" part, but All Might certainly was coming through the door in an unorthodox fashion.
The dark greenete leaned forward on his desk, analysing the blonde number 1. Ever since he'd seen the original Izuku's godforsaken shrine of a bedroom(thank god he cleaned that mess out) he'd been trying to find out what exactly made All Might the focus of the kids... everything. What made All Might number 1?
It wasn't his arrest numbers, that went to Endeavour. It wasn't his popularity on its own, that went to heroes more active in the public like Present Mic with his radio show. It wasn't how iconic he was, that went to more gimmicky heroes like 13 and Gang Orca.
But there was one aspect where All Might was irrefutably the best (not including merch sales). Efficiency. His rescues and takedowns happened so quickly and with such precision the untrained eye couldn't keep up. THAT'S what Izuku aspires to. The perfect predator.
Izuku was broken from his thoughts by suitcases coming out of the wall, All Might announcing they need to get dressed into their hero costumes. Izuku of course submitted his design just like everyone else, although the difference was he didn't plan on wearing his suit. After all, he could simply form it around him with his biomass. It would be more of an accessory in the house than an outfit.
It was primarily black with red veins across the "fabric" in a pattern vaguely similar to the back of his dads jacket. He had a covering replace his mouth that had filters along the jawline that would replace his olfactory sensors so he still had his sense of smell. He'd also reworked his eyes to appear jagged and solid red. In his usual manner, he kept the hood with the fastening being similar to the mouth guard the original Izuku illustrated on his own hero costume in his notebooks.

Of course, since he didn't actually need to change, he was the first one out to the training ground All Might told everyone to go to. Although strangely enough, the number 1 hero seemed to almost be uncomfortable around Izuku. The nervous energy made Izuku all the more eager for the battle training about to take place.
Thankfully the other students started filtering out one after another and All Might could begin explaining the exercise. "Alright." He pulls out flashcards. "You'll be split into teams of 2 and be pitted against each other. One team will be villains, the other will be heroes. The villain team must defend a bomb they've hidden in the allotted building until the timer runs out or capture the hero team with capture tape, while the hero team must either come into contact with the bomb before the timer runs out or capture the villain team. Any questions?"
When the matter of sorting out teams and reassuring the class no one is going to be expelled is taken care of, they were split into their respective roles. Izuku and Uraraka were the villains while Kirishima and Hagakure were the heroes. The villain team was given a five minute head start to study the layout of the building, hide the bomb and come up with a plan.
