Start from the beginning

I gave up, I mean, how could I not? The sunrise coming through the window hit her face just right, her slightly puffy cheeks, and her eyes still heavy... Pretty privilege at its finest.

"You're a pain..."

My words didn't match my actions because I leaned over, kissing her cheek, and down to the corner of her mouth, witch led to her kissing me more directly.

She pulls away first, her hand cradling the side of my jaw where her thumb soothed my cheek.

"Good morning, princess."

"Good morning, Ellie."

I could've gotten easily lost here with the way her hand traced the outline of my body, sending a chill in the trail of her fingertips, and the slight look of concern on her face as she pulls the sheets back.

"Jesus-"
More concern riddled her features as more of my skin is exposed, and with this, I diverted my attention down to where she was looking.

Bruises- red, and already blueing in some parts across my entirety, but more concentrated on my chest.
And that's just the parts we could see.

Ellie shifted in demeanor as she propped herself up on her knees, and got between my legs.

"Open." She demanded, her voice peaking in what I could only describe as frantic.

I opened my legs, her fingers feathery light as they traced upwards. I wince the closer she got to my cunt, her touch retracting.

"Im so sorry..."

I was confused. I didn't know what the big deal was until I pulled at the skin of my inner thighs, examining.

Ellie was no stranger to leaving her marks, but yes... I could see why she was concerned. It looked.. bad, multiple over lining teeth marks, and dried blood smeared from where the teeth sunk a little too deep.
But I think what was scariest of all was the bruising with no visible endpoint at this angle, just big blobs of multicolor pigments, but no apology was needed.

I sat up, reaching for her face to hold, and searched for her eyes.

"You did nothing wrong."

Her face was so full of regret, a fear hidden behind her eyes like a panic attack was soon to transpire.

"But-"

"No, Ellie." I cut her off, immediately wanting to put an end to her guilt and shame, my thumbs now stained with the few tears that fell from her cheeks.

"I wanted everything you gave me last night. I'm not sorry. You shouldn't be either."

Her hand came up, cupping mine that was still holding her face.
I could tell she was still rattled, but a little less so than before.
Maybe it was too soon to be seeing such things after what she had gone through, but this was nothing like that.

This wasn't a violent act, it was trust.

It was love.

Her hesitancy to believe me was still prevalent, her eyes shying away from my gaze-

"Hey-" I direct her back to me, and place a simple kiss to her lips.

"I'll heal, okay?"

I smiled at her, which helped her warm up to my words, her lips pecking the inside of my palm before she pulled me to her chest, holding me tight, but not as tight as I knew she wanted to.

We stayed like this for a while, my arms crossed over her shoulders, and my hand soothing through her hair, knowing I'm safe in her hold.

She lifts her head from my chest, my eyes meeting hers as she looks up, "Can I show you something?"
