I slowly picked myself off of the floor, gasping for Air. Nora, Ren, and Jaune looked at me. “Dude, you were laying there for two hours barely breathing.” Jaune looked at me.

“No more hugs please.” I managed to say.

Josh was sitting next to a farm boy? Did we pick up a kid in our fight?

Qrow took out his flask. “I'm glad that I found you, Ozpin.”

Ozpin, or rather Oscar, walked into the room and sat in a red armchair. “Pardon my intrusion, everyone.” It sounded like Oscar but spoke with the style of Ozpin. I swear these people keep getting weirder and weirder each day.

What's next, I turn into a full cat and become Yang's pet. I got close to a window and debated whether or not that I jump out it.

Everyone was freaking out but me. Sorry if I'm not understanding what's going on when I'm worried about my health.

“He's possessed!” Jaune jumped to conclusions. If he wants to see possessed, he should take a look at Salem.

“Oh, isn't it weird?” Ruby said, confused.

Oscar, or Ozpin, I don't know anymore. “It is weird, yes.”

Qrow emerged from the kitchen with a cup. “Not to break up the whole 'getting-to-know-you' game, but we need to talk. Mind showing us your little parlor trick, kid?”

We looked at him in confusion. Oscar then lowered his head and closed his eyes. Suddenly, a green and white aura shone from his body for a moment. Oscar opened his eyes, which were now glowing, and he smiled. When he spoke, we all heard a familiar voice overlapping with a bunch of other voices, including Oscar's.

“What?” I spoke.

“It's good to see all of you again.” I started to push myself toward the window.

“Bad Corey!” I was getting scolded by Nora.

I stopped myself, looking back at the group. "What... what is happening?" My voice sounded hoarse but it was there from seeing this.

“Ozpin's soul is merged with Oscar's body,” Qrow explained. “It’s complicated, but he's still Ozpin in a way.”

I nodded slowly, still processing everything. “So, you're Ozpin... and Oscar?”

“Yes, Corey. I am both,” Oscar replied. “It’s a long story, but we need to focus on our mission. Haven Academy is in danger, and we must prepare.”

Ruby stepped forward, concerned in her eyes. “What do we need to do?”

Ozpin sighed. “First, we need to gather information about Salem’s plans. She’s growing more powerful, and we can’t let her succeed.”

Jaune looked determined. “We’re ready to fight. Whatever it takes.”

I took a deep breath, my voice still shaky. “I’ll do whatever I can to help.”

Ozpin nodded. “Good. We’re going to need everyone at their best. Corey, I know you’ve been struggling, but we need you now more than ever.”

I felt a surge of determination. My voice was back, and with it, my resolve. “I won’t let you down.”

We spent the next few hours strategizing, making plans, and preparing for the battle ahead. As night fell, I found myself outside, looking up at the stars. The weight of everything was heavy on my shoulders, but I knew I wasn’t alone.

Ruby joined me, her presence comforting. “We’ll get through this, Corey. Together.”

I nodded, grateful for her support. “Yeah. Together.”
