One day they'll remember me.
One day you'll realize how darkness tugged at me like a dentist pulling teeth.
One day they'll acknowledge I'm a human with feelings.
One day they'll feel my absence when there are no more dealings.
One day you'll need that shoulder to cry on.
One day you'll miss calling that name you lied on.
One day they'll remember your genuine heart.
One day they'll realize how good you were to people to the ending from start.
One day they'll need you there to overplay your part.
One day you'll get that peace that's wanted.
One day you'll escape that past that leave you feeling haunted.
One day we'll be free from the bitterness of generations before us.
One day the same people who show us so much hatred will adore us.
One day they'll sit at our graves and weep.
One day they'll look back on the times you needed them and they played sleep.
One day they'll remember those moments when they made you feel like a black sheep.
One day you'll be far far away.
One day you'll over overcome those hard days.
One day you won't dread the thought of going home.
One day you'll be free from the world and long gone.
