Invitation to an event for all pirates to join? What is this about?
Me and my crews got sent an invitation to some event that seem sketchy as fuck and have all the pirates join. I don't seem like this and try to decide what to do, but I guess I'll have to investigate somehow. I told my men to take me to this island that I was sent to go as I was going to go by myself to check it out. Bepo, as usual, try to not let me go by myself and want to come with me but i suggest him to stay to keep the sub safe.
Bepo whine a bit and agree regardless as I just ruffle his head to relax. "I'll be safe, Bepo. Okay?" Bepo look up at me and just nod as he said, "Aye, Captain!" I smile a bit and grab my gear to head to this island as I use my Ope Ope fruit to teleport me there in a good distance. I hum softly and look around by this island. Seem normal. Too normal. I begin to walk around and see if there is anything suspicious before hearing a crowds coming.
I quickly go hide in the darkness corner I can find and see some pirates I recognize here, came here like idiots and others who also suspicious like me. Just then, I heard a loud cheer and the noise of elastic so I look over to see Mugiwara-ya is here with his crews. I groan and not even surprised that this idiot came here on an adventures. He got down and smile as he said, "Woah this place look very colorful and...and..." Nami-ya then said, "Rich~! Ahhh! I can get some money from these slot machines!"
I facepalm myself knowing these idiots are my once allies and they are acting more than idiots. I move out of the corner and try to blend in as I put on an outfit on. I walk out of the shadow and see what the fuss is about as it seem like this island is like a candy shop for pirates. Anything that the pirates desire, is all in here. Very suspicious already. As I kept walking, I noticed some weird things in the shop and see plushies of marines and pirates in weird style. Look so realistic.
I find it more creepy than suspicious now and try to walk away from that before keep walking to see the main attraction which is a big bubble show with a stage. I stared at the stage and wonder what is that about as I adjust his shirt before hearing a fast footsteps. I slowly look back and see Mugiwara-ya running like a child as his eyes found mine. Well there goes blending in.
He gasp happily and shouted, "TORAO!" as he jumped over to where I was. I glare at him as he clung onto me and he smile brightly which was so annoying. "I can't believe I found you! Shishishi!" I groan quietly and said, "I was hoping not..." Mugiwara-ya just laugh and got on me as he said, "Let's walk together." I groan of annoyance and wanted at least some peace in this investigation on why this island before sense something or someone watching me. I look back and see no one but I notice Mugiwara-ya is also looking at the direction that I was looking before he look at me. At least he know now something is suspicious.
I stared back and gesture to not alert anyone as he seem to get it before I take the lead to go somewhere private to chat with him. Once we got somewhere quiet, Mugiwara-ya look at me and get off from me as he said, "Sense that?" I nod and said, "This island is very suspicious, including that invitation. Plus you saw the shops, it got plushie of people who just arrived here." Mugiwara-ya think a bit and wonder what to do without alerting anyone.
My eyes shift over at Mugiwara-ya as he got a yellow shirt and short on before he said, "I guess we have to pretend to have fun and investigate together. Shishsishi!" I groan and cross my arms as I said, "We aren't allies anymore, remember?" Mugiwara-ya whine and said, "But we are friends! I got to protect you in case something goes wrong." I didn't complain as there is no choice to argue with that fool. Damn you...
I rolls my eyes and walk out as Mugiwara-ya just laugh in success before following me. He stand close to me and look around with excitement as I make sure to see anything else suspicious or if anyone is watching us. So far nothi-. I froze as I saw a shop that isn't far from me and Mugiwara-ya is full of Mugiwara-ya's crew and himself and some of other pirates. Even myself. My eyes twitch and just stared at them before Mugiwara-ya look at what I am seeing.
He gasp and said, "Torao! Torao! Let's check that out!" as he drag me inside to check them out. I grit my teeth and went inside as we see there is more than the plushies but my focus was on those plushie. Look so weird and too identified. I walk up to them and look at how the shop owner made me which is a bit accurate and creepy. My eyes shift at the Mugiwara-ya plushie and it was wearing a dress which I hate to admit, but it is cute. My eye twitch at it and just stared at it for a while before I reach down to grab it.
I look at it as it was so small that it is the size of my palm and it just smile at me like he usually does. I lower my hat and hold this plushie carefully as I feel too embarrassed to find it cute. I then bring it up to the cashier to pay for it without thinking while Mugiwara-ya was looking at the snacks. Me and him soon got out as he got snacks and I just got a plushie of him, feeling like an idiot for paying it. He was happy with his payment though he look at what I got which was a bit shocking for him. Don't say a word, idiot!
Mugiwara-ya just smile at me as it was different than his usual smile and grab my arm to explore more in this island, not minding me with his plushie. After a few hours, it was just nothing but a normal event of our fans having us come by to have fun. Thanks god for that but it was indeed creepy. I soon was able to get back to my submarine and didn't inform this to my crews or they will get jealous. I got to my office and put down the mugiwara-ya plushie on my desk. Best payment ever.
