Kendra's POV:
As soon as we arrived home, I told Mom and Dad everything.
"I learned my lesson, for from here on out, no more entering places that read 'Danger: Keep Out!' for me."
I hug them close and they hug me.
Yes, at last we are one big happy family together again.
I could not be happier in the world.
"Yes, this is the life for me," I say.
I sit back, relax, and enjoy the sun's rays. It is good to be alive and that is enough adventure for me.
I am glad I left when I did otherwise who knows what would have become of me.
