34: just 48 hours

Yeo seop found himself lounging on a comfy couch near the glistening swimming pool, enjoying the warm rays .

His mind flooded with his past memories of luna .

suddenly, a man in a sleek black suit approached him , holding a file in his hands .

with a respectful bow , the man handed yeo seop the file , saying " here it is sir " .

curiosity piqued, yeo seop sat up , his expression turning serious as he opened the file .

To his astonishment, he discovered that Luna , his beloved girlfriend, had a hidden past .

contrary to what he thought , Luna hadn't studied anywhere near the city or attended university .

she was actually an undergraduate and her parents lived in a secluded mansion nestled within the forest .

Luna and her parents seemed to be extremely private individuals, rarely interacting with others .

Their identities remained a mystery , just like Luna herself.

Furthermore, yeo seop discovered that Luna had spent part of her teenage years in an orphanage .

As he continued reading, a realization hit him like a bolt of  lightning.

been in was the one his uncle had wanted to acquire .

with a determined expression, yeo seop closed the file and turned to the Chinese man " find her '" he commanded , giving him a two day deadline. The man noded respectfully and swiftly left the scene, ready to embark on the search for Luna .

Two days later

Yeo seop was seating on the comfy of his couch at the side of his swimming pool , his minds racing with thoughts and emotions .

The weight of the recent events pressed heavily on his shoulders and he couldn't shake off the feeling of regret .

Even after the betray of Luna he still yawn for her love . He couldn't believe his love could be so strong .

Everything had changed in a matter of days and he couldn't believe how much he had lost .

The government officials has swooped in , seizing all of their properties and assets.

The evidence that could have saved them , the mediant file , was stolen by Luna herself.

Yeo seop couldn't help but feel a mix of anger , betrayal and disbelief .

How could he have trusted her so blindly without knowing her true identity ?
