Shin stood up from the sofa and strode near his daughter. He held her shoulder in a tight grip and shook her "Did you lie to me? Did you lie to your father" he questioned her in anger making her lower her head. He left her shoulder and turned towards his son
"I know, no matter what you would support your sister. But are you happy now hearing all those disgusting comments about your sister" he shouted at him making Doyoung lower his head
Just then Jihoon arrived along with Jungwoo when he heard the news. The Lee family were confused about the matter.
Rang took the initiative and asked him "Would you mind telling what exactly happened sir?" He asked as Shin turned his head and glared at Chan
"He is engaged, yet he is dating my daughter. Do you know how the news had spread in her college. They are calling things about my daughter and yet nobody here knows about it" he said making Chan's eye widened "I'll take up the matter and look through it sir" he said but Shin just shook his head
Shin was actually returning early from his work, when he was passing his daughters University, he heard many people talk illy about a girl. After he paid close attention to their words he heard his daughter's name.
Chan's name had already came out and people created a issue because he was already engaged. He even got to know the college didn't organise any kind of trip and she was residing in Lee's mansion.
He wasted no time and went to the Lee mansion. The people were confused due to his sudden visit as they didn't know that Chan and others lied to her father about her stay here.
He knows the news would soon come in media if the Lee's didn't clarify the rumour and it would leave a bad image of his daughter
He turned towards his daughter "You, I never raised you like this. I didn't know my own daughter would lie and betray me like this. Your mom wouldn't have liked this" he said making her tears fall. Doyoung held his sister's hand, comforting her
"Uncle please, let's sit and talk-" "No Jihoon, what does she think of herself" Shin interrupted Jihoon making him quiet. "Appa, I love Chan. We wanted to prove our love to his family. So I had to lie to you. Please appa forgive me" Yn said as more tears left her eye
"True love right?" He said in disbelief and turned towards Chan "How will you react if I say that my daughter had slept with Jihoon" he said and everyone's jaw dropped. Doyoung was about to say something but Yn held his wrist making him stop
Chan felt uneasiness after hearing that statement. He turned his gaze towards Yn and saw she was standing there with teary eyes. He gulped and negative thoughts started surrounding his head.
"Answer me now" he said and waited. Yn also waited for Chan to speak but he was standing there while staring at her. Her heart broke and she gazed down as tears left her eye.
"You have disappointed me Chan" she heard Yeon speak and she gazed at him who was watching her with disgust. Chan's eye widened and he gazed at his father. Never in his life did he think he would disappoint his father.
His eyes filled with tears and he saw disappointment in his father's eye which he didn't like. He lowered his head. His mind went blank failing him to speak for himself or his love. He was in a mess and he felt worst.
Yn saw how Chan became disappointed after hearing his father's words. She didn't like him lowering his head in front of anyone. She wants him to rise his head in pride not in embarrassment.
She took a deep breath and decided to take the matter in her hands
"I'll listen to your words appa. I'll do whatever you will say" she said and everyone attention turned towards her including Chan. She gazed at him with her teary eyes "I'll break up with him. I don't need a person like him. I reject him. He should marry the one his father had shown" She said and gazed at her father
Chan's heart broke after hearing her. He knows he failed in protecting her.
Shin gazed at his daughter and turned towards Yeon and glared at him
"You rich people are nothing but selfish. My daughter never slept with Jihoon. Do you think any father would let his daughter down like that. Hence proved you people have no trust and i don't like my daughter to live in a place where there are selfish people" he said and dragged her daughter out as Doyoung followed them
Jihoon gazed at Chan "At least you could have trusted her. Do you think she would do that?" He asked and left the hall as Jungwoo followed him. Yeon was too shocked to speak. He gazed at Chan who just fell on his knees
Rang rushed towards him and kneeled down in front of him "Hey buddy cool. We will convince her and get her back" he tried to assure him as Chan shook his head "I l-lost her u-uncle. I lost my l-love, my y-yn" he said as he started crying. Rang hugged him while patting his back
His brothers watched him in pity and sadness and the two ladies felt so bad for him. Yeon was still getting a hold of the situation. Suddenly Chan stood in front of him and glared at him making him frown. He just walked towards his room and shut the door, locking himself inside.
Shin was sitting on the couch while his two kids were standing in front of him "Doyoung go pack her bag, she will stay with her granny for a week in Daegu" he said and stood up and walked inside his room.
Yn stood there frozen thinking about the events which happened earlier. Doyoung pulled her into his embrace and rubbed her back, soothing her. "Noona, freshen up your mind there and come back" he said and she just nodded her head
"I'll talk dad about accompanying you and it's been a year we didn't see granny" he said and she weakly nodded her head. He held her wrist and they both packed their bag and other necessities which was needed
Her dad still didn't talk to her making her sad. Jihoon decided to drop them both to Daegu and the siblings couldn't refuse. After two hours drive they both were greeted by their granny who was unknown to the matter.
Jihoon decided to stay for the night and drive the next morning.
Yn gazed at her wallpaper. It was her laughing while Chan was back hugging her while laughing. It was clicked by Hyunsuk and it was her favourite picture. She gave a last glance at the phone and switched off her phone.
It was best not to use that device for a week to calm her mind
