✯ CHAPTER 20 ✯

"Yn this is my Dad, his name is Lee Yeon and Mom, Lee Jiah" Chan first introduced her to his dad and mom. Jiah gave her a pleasant smile while Yeon just nodded his head with a straight face. Yn bowed to them and smiled widely

"This is my uncle Rang and his lovely wife aunt Yeohee" he said and Yn saw an equally beautiful woman like his mother who was smiling widely at her. She patted the girls head while Yn melted in her motherly gesture

"How did you decide to love this Brat?" Rang asked playfully pointing towards Chan who groaned in response and Yn giggled "He set me in trap Uncle Rang" she said in a fake shocked voice playing along with him

"Yn, you can't do this to me" Chan said and whined making her laugh. Yeon who was watching this from the far just scoffed lightly.
Chan then pulled her towards his two siblings

"This is my eldest brother, Woozi hyung and this is my second eldest brother, Dokyeom hyung" he said and Yn respectfully bowed to them with a wide smile
"Can I call you Oppa, since I have no elder brother" she asked in a cheerful voice

Dokyeom just kept his mouth shut with a straight face while Woozi also did the same.
Yn waited for them to reply and her smile slowly started fading due to lack of their response
Woozi just walked out from there followed by Dokyeom

She turned towards Chan who had his lips made in a thin line. She just smiled trying to hide her uneasiness and went near Heesung and stood in front of him
"Hello, I'm Kim Yn" she said with a smile and Heesung thought for a minute about how she could smile after that incident

He shrugged and gave her a smile "I'm Chan's uncle, Lee Rang's son. Call me Heesung" he said making her nod her head. "We seem the same age, I hope we become good friends" she said happily and he nodded his head with the same energy

"Chan, show Yn her room" Jiah said softly and Chan nodded his head. He held her wrist and held her bag on his another shoulder and pulled her upstairs. She followed him upstairs while still gazing at the surroundings being awed by it

He first took her to his bedroom. Yn entered inside and saw a black and grey themed bedroom with a large king size bed in the middle. There was a small vanity with a huge mirror at the corner of the room. There was a small couch to sit in front of the bed.

She then noticed two doors to the right of the bed. She saw one door was made up of glass and she could see Chan's clothes were neatly arranged there. The next door was closed which she assumed was the bathroom.

She then went near the table where some photo frames were kept which was him, taken with his family or his two best friends. While Yn was admiring the room, Chan came and hugged her from behind

"Who are these two Chanie?" She asked while pointing one photograph with his friends and wrapped her hands above his which was resting on her stomach. He continues to back hug her "The one on the right is Hyunsuk and the left one is Yeonjun. They are my best friends from childhood" Chan said as she nodded her head

"They are eager to meet you. At the evening I'll make them meet you" he said and she nodded her head. He stayed liked that and slowly swayed her left to right. It was a comfortable silence among them

"Where is my room Chanie?" She asked "This is your room Love" Chan said playfully making her giggle "Yeah my room after marriage, not now. Tell me where it is, i should get freshen up" she said and he released her from his hug

She turned towards him and he placed a quick peck on her lips. He held her hand and dragged her outside. After passing two rooms he opened the third one.
The room was covered in pastel blue colour with a wardrobe and a queen sized bed.

Though it was smaller than Chan's room, it was obviously bigger than her room. She took her bag from him and settled down on her bed.
"Get freshen up and call me, we should go to have lunch downstairs" he said and she nodded her head

He gave her a smile and exited the room while closing the door behind him. She then took her clothes and a few necessities and entered the bathroom.

After an hour she was done getting ready and she texted Chan. Chan entered the room after receiving her text and smiled at her.
He pecked her forehead and held her wrist and guided her towards the dining hall

She saw everyone present in the dining hall. She gave them a smile and sat next to Chan. She was about to stand up to serve herself but Chan held her hand "They will serve us, sit and have peacefully" he said and smiled at her and she nodded her head

The maids started serving the family while Yeon turned his attention towards Yn "So tell me about your dad's work" he asked while his wife gazed at him in disbelief. Rang rolled his eyes at his brother's rudeness and Chan sweat dropped and gazed at Yn.

But the girl smiled proudly "My dad works as a manager in the Baek company" she said and he nodded his head "What about your mom?" He asked "I don't have a mother Sir" she said and her smile lessened

"Ohh where did she go?" Yeon asked while Chan snapped his head towards his dad "Dad" he said while Yeon turned towards him "What? I am just asking where her mom is" he said and Yn forced her smile "She passed away when I was seven sir" Yn said in a low voice and Yeon just nodded his head

Yn saw Chan's disappointed face and she didn't want to make him sad. So she pushed her insecurities aside and made a happy face "By the way Uncle, you are so handsome" she said gazing at Yeon with a broad smile

Both Yeon and Chan choked on their food and started coughing. Woozi's and Dokyeom's eye widen and Jiah patted her husband's back with an amused expression after listening to Yn's comment. Chan drank water and calmed himself down and turned towards her with wide eyes

"Am I not handsome Yn?" Rang asked pointing towards himself and Yn smiled at him "You are the most handsome here Uncle" she said and gave him a small thumbs up making Rang smirk.
Yeohee giggled at their silliness

Yeon didn't ask anything further and continued to eat in silence. The only people who were talking were Rang, Yn, Chan and Heesung. Yeohee would also sometimes join their conversation while Jiah just listened quietly and sometimes smiling. The two brothers didn't give any attention and ate their lunch in silence
