Chan was playing video game along with Heesung. He was busy concentrating on the game but a phone call interrupted him. He blocked Heesung's eye for a second making the poor boy loose his sight for a second and he crashed his car towards the wall in the video game
He groaned as Chan just chuckled and saw the caller ID. A small smile formed his lips and he picked the call "Hello Chanie" Yn greeted him in a cheerful voice as he chuckled
Heesung didn't mind him and started scrolling his phone until his brother finished the phone call.
"Hello, what are you doing?" Chan asked "Are you free right now?" She asked as Chan frowned
"Why?" He asked as he was spending time with his younger brother "I need you to come with me somewhere" she said "Ohh sorry Yn, I'm spending time with my brother" Chan said as Yn just sighed
"Alright, I'll go with Sam" she said and ended the call making Chan's eyes widened "Hello, who is Sam, Sam? Hello?" He asked but then he saw the call had already ended. He stood up and kept the controller aside and Heesung saw his panicked face
"What happened? Who called you?" He asked his elder brother "Sam" he just said in frustration and exited the room while Heesung watched him in disbelief. He shrugged his shoulder and continued to play the game
Chan called Yn again and got to know she was in the park where they had planned to meet
He saw Yn was chasing a butterfly and his heart melted at the scene
With a smile he went towards Yn and smiled at her but he suddenly frowned "Who is Sam?" He asked her as she turned towards him "Sam is my senior. He said he likes me" she answered and gave him an innocent smile
He glared at her "Stay away from him" he deadpan at her as she just shrugged her shoulder "If you didn't come when I call you, I might go with him. I can't call you every time as you might be busy" she said and started walking outside the park as he followed her
"Don't call him, call me whenever you want. I'll take you" he said as she nodded her head and smiled at him
They reached his bike and he sat on his bike and patted the seat behind him
She held his shoulders and sat behind him
It was the first time Chan allowed someone to sit behind him on his favourite bike. Not even his brother's sat behind him
"Are you comfortable? Hold on tight" he said and she just nodded her and wrapped her arms around his waist. A light tint of blush appeared on Chan's cheeks. He then started the bike
Yn gave him directions towards a certain location she wanted to visit and Chan drove to that place.
After fifteen minutes of drive he parked the bike while she got down and he also did the same
Chan noticed a big building and saw a large board on the gate 'Sunshine Orphanage'
Yn opened the gate and went inside while Chan followed behind her
Suddenly a bunch of kids surrounded Yn with happy giggles and excitement. Chan gazed around the orphanage and saw some children were playing freely or just sitting and talking on the grass
His gaze went back to Yn who was already kneeled in front of the kids, greeting them in her baby voice
His heart melted at the scene
The kids were questioning her about her recent activities. Then a small girl next to Yn pulled her sleeve "Unnie who is that handsome Oppa?" She questioned making Yn turn her head towards Chan who was just standing quietly
She signalled him to come near her and Chan went and kneeled beside Yn
"His name is Lee Chan. He is my best friend" Yn said while wrapping her arms around Chan's left arm as he waved at the kids with a soft smile
"Omo, Oppa has a cute smile" another small girl said while closing her mouth with her hands making Yn giggle
"You, stay away from my Noona" a small boy who seems seven years old hugged Yn and glared at Chan.
Chan pointed his finger towards himself and asked "What did I do?"
"Noona is mine. I know you are trying to steal her away from me" he said and pulled Yn a little away from Chan. Chan frowned and scoffed lightly
"Why should I stay away from my Yn?" He asked the small boy making him glare at him more
"Noona is going to marry me in future, so you better stay away from me" the little kid said and Chan glared at him back "Your Noona is going to marry me in future" Chan said and smirked at the little boy
While arguing nobody noticed the visible blush on Yn's cheek after hearing Chan's statement. Her heart was beating faster and she was overwhelmed by this feeling
"I don't believe you" the little boy said and hugged and crossed his arms around his chest
"You want proof?" Chan asked as the little boy nodded his head
Chan turned towards Yn whose face had a confused expression, but her eyes widened and her blush deepened when Chan came close to her and placed a small peck on her cheeks
Yn froze at her place while Chan was gazing at her as if she was a precious thing. They both were lost in each others eyes
Suddenly they heard sniffles and Yn turned towards the boy who already had tears flow down his eyes. She smacked Chan's head making him groan and she picked the small boy and hugged him tightly
"Don't cry Wonie, your Noona will only marry you" she said in a baby voice making the small one stop his cries.
"And Chan was just joking, don't take his words seriously" she said and put him down
"I didn't joke though" Chan said in a small voice which was heard by Yn. "Now shake your hands with each other and become friends" Yn said as the small boy obeyed her and forwarded his small hands towards Chan
Chan raised his eyebrow towards him but he gulped when he saw Yn glaring at him. He kneeled down and shook his hands with the small boy
The boy smiled and shook his hands with the elder boys
"Hyung don't worry, we will share Yn Noona" he said "Let's see- okay okay" he said when he saw Yn glared were drilling his head. Yn smiled at the interaction and saw all the other kids gathered around Chan
She stood from a distance and watched Chan playing with the kids. Her heart felt peace while watching his smile and funny gestures to make the kids smile
He was looking handsome and her heart was chanting only his name
She knew she had fallen for him but she is afraid as their status is different. She doesn't know if Chan likes her back or not
Only if she knew how badly he had fallen for her
