You know, when I think about my anger, it's like a raging fire inside me. It's this intense feeling that takes over, making it hard to think clearly. I feel like I could explode at any moment.

Shivantika was going to open the door, when I grabbed her hand and center locked every door.

As I hold  Shivantika's hand , I can feel the anger boiling inside me. It's like a raging storm that threatens to consume me. But I can't let it overpower me, especially not when Shivantika is right here beside me. I need to find a way to control this anger, to tame it before it lashes out and hurts her.

Deep down, I  know that my anger can have consequences and hurt the people I care about. So, I try my best to find ways to calm myself down, to let go of the anger and find peace within myself. It's not always easy, but it's important for my own well-being and the well-being of those around me I take a deep breath, trying to calm the storm within me. I remind myself that I need to be patient, understanding, and gentle with her. It's not easy, but I know that I have to find a way.

My fists clench, and I struggle to control the fiery rage within. But then, I glance into Shivantika's mesmerizing light brown eyes, and in an instant, everything changes. The intensity of her gaze pierces through my anger, melting it away like ice in the sun.

Warmth floods my heart, replacing the anger with a deep sense of tenderness and protectiveness. It's as if her eyes hold a magical power, soothing the storm within me and reminding me of what truly matters. In that moment, I know that I would do anything to shield Shivantika from harm and keep us strong.

Coming out of my state I did the only thing that came to my mind I wrapped my arm tightly around her.

I could sense her stiff for this move, but she did not say anything she hugged me back.

"I'm sorry if I scared you" I told her.

"It's just I didn't like the way you talked to mum, she was on the verge of crying, if they want a reception, let's do this naa nothing will happen to me, even if anything happen, it will not be more than their happiness."

"How can you be so selfless Love. Listen we will have one, even I want everyone to know that I got a beautiful intelligent wife. But just not now, not when I know anything can happen to you hmm? now go you are getting late."

"Take care don't get angry haa. And drive slowly" She told me  smiling lightly while breaking the hug and then step out of the car while unlocking the central lock.

I step inside the hospital and was welcomed by the HOD itself who was glaring at me.

"I know you have a very influential background, but that those not mean that you will be careless, you are 30 minutes late Mrs. Rathore and this will not be tolerated, I'm not like others, I don't care who you are and if you are Mr. Abhimanyu's wife, for me you are just a normal irresponsible doctor who became a senior cardio surgeon. Now take this file read it and go back to your duty and remember this patient is one of my friend so after you read it I want to know what to do and what to not." The HOD says me angrily, but I did not say anything just took the file and went to my cabin to read it

I started reading the file it was of a 45 years old man , who had such symptoms chest pain, severe tiredness, palpitations, abnormal heart rhythms.

Flipping the page of the file I came to know that he had a history of cardiac arrest related to an irregular heartbeat.

I instantly went outside the HOD cabin.

I came in front of the door were it was written akshay Malhotra HOD. i knocked the door and heard a faint enter.

I opened the door and he saw me and looked at me with a raised eyebrow.

"Sir I read the file of Anuj sir, your friend, and symptoms ko dhiyan rakhte and the fact that he had a cardiac arrest and have a blockage artery in heart I came to the conclusion of doing a heart bypass, I know that there is a risk in this, he can have a stroke or another heart attack, but sir we have no other option." I told him in full confidence and he looked at me in surprise

"Hmm. Prepare the operation room you are going to perform the bypass and I will be there to see how you work" He told me making me shock, wasn't he the one who called me irresponsible some time ago.. Why is he so bipolar
