[The next day at 3:00 pm]

Riya: What's your plan today Jan?

Jannat: Nothing like that. I just want to meet him today.

Riya: Hmmm.. Hmmm.... Proposal right??

Jannat: Just shut up.. Riya... I've not messeged him yet.

Riya: Then do it naa... Why are you wasting time?

Jannat: Are you sure? Don't he mind anything if I messeged him?

Riya: Why are you overthinking? Just messeged him.

[Jannat picked up her phone and opened Jahaan's chat.]

Jannat: Jahaan, want to tell you something. Can you come at that river side of our college?

[It was 3:30pm.]

[Tingggg......]

[Jannat picked up the phone to see the notification.]

Jahaan: I'll reach there by 4.

Jannat: Ok (Smiling emoji).

[Jannat was dressed in a blue kurti paired with white sharara. Comb her hair and on the right side she clutched her with a white bow clip. She took her white sling bag and got up on an auto.]

[Jannat reached the bridge side by 4:05pm. As she noticed Jahaan doesn't come yet she took a seat on the bench and started waiting for him.]

[At 4:40 pm, Jannat heard a car sound and it was Jahaan. She noticed that Jahaan was not in his casual dress but in his office suit.]

Jannat: (in her mind) Somehow he would have come here from the office, that's why he is like this.

Jahaan: Hii... (Doesn't smile)

Jannat: You are too late, anything happ.........

Jahaan: Why? Can't you wait for sometimes? ( in a serious mood)

Jannat: It's not like this. I'm ju.....

Jahaan: Then?

Jannat: Let's just leave it and come, take a seat.

[Jannat holds his elbow and gradually pulls him close to the seat. They took a seat.]

Jannat: You're looking so tired. Let me massage your head.

Jahaan: It's ok. There is no need for it.

Jannat: Oh ho.. Jahaan... Let me please...

[She got up from the bench and went backside of the bench to message her head. Jahaan gradually closed his eyes.]

Jannat: Jahaan, how was your day?

Jahaan: Umm.. It was very hustling day for me.

Jannat: That's why I told you na that you're looking so tired today.

Jahaan: You didn't tell me why did you want to meet me.

Jannat: Not that important. I was thinki......

Jahaan: What? (Turning backside) If you don't have any important matters then why did you text me?

Jannat: What are you saying? Am I disturbed you?

Jahaan: I'm sorry (nodding his head). I am just....

Jannat: (smiled) Ok... Ok.. I can understand. You're so much disturbed today. Let me break up your frustration. Come on get up.

Jahaan: What? But why?

Jannat: Oh... Ho... Just come with me na... And also just close your eyes for five minutes.

Jahaan: At least, tell me please.

Jannat: This is a small request from Jannat. (Giggling) Just do it na...

[Jahaan got up and closed his eyes. He went with Jannat holding her hand.]

Jannat: (at some distance) Now you can open your eyes.

[Jahaan gradually opened his eyes and a soft yellow light filled that area. He saw a table decorated with some orchids but he couldn't find Jannat.]

[The time was 5:30pm. Suddenly Jahaan realizes the existence of someone beside him. He looked at the shadow and it was Jannat. She gradually cuddled his right hand.]

Jahaan: What is all these? Is there anything special?

Jannat: Not that special (in a cute voice). But Today I want to say something to you.

[Jahaan looked at her but couldn't praise her beauty, as something bound him to go to close to her. He didn't give any response.]

Jannat: From the very first day to today, everything is changed Jahaan. Whenever I see you, I can feel that you're mine. After the death of my parents, nobody is closed to me like you. I can feel that I can trust you. I.... I love......

[Before she could finish her words, Jahaan pushed her hand hard and shrugged her away.]

Jahaan: (In anger) What is all these? Your called me just because of this nonsense? Jannat, I thought you are a nice girl.

[Jannat was astonished by his behaviour but again she tried to hold his hand.]

[But....]

Jannat: Just listen to me oncee.....

[As she tried to touch his hand, Jahaan slapped her hard and pushed her back. Jannat lost her balance and fell on the sand.]

Jahaan: You bloody Gold Digger!!! I'm just stunned by your behavior. Just stay away from me.

[Jahaan left. Jannat started crying but it has no sound.]

[Hours passed.... No one knows how long she was seated there. She was totally silent.]

[At 10:30pm]

[Knock knock.....]

[Riya opened the door and saw Jannat was standing.]

Riya: What is the time, Jan? Don't you remember it becomes night?

[Jannat pushed her lightly, threw her bag onto the sofa, ran towards her room and closed the door.]

Riya: (pushing the door) Hey, what happened Jan? Open the door. Pleaseee... Tell me na.. What did he say?

[Inside the room...]

Jannat: Don't disturb me Riya. Please leave me alone (very silently).

Riya: But...

Jannat: Please... Go...

[Riya didn't want to disturb her anymore.]

[But Jannat..... What was her fault? Is expressing feelings for someone wrong? A stash of questions grabbed her all night. She was not crying at all. She was silent. Totally silent.....]

[She decided to lock herself in the room.]
