- A resource found on one of the planets in Epsilon Eridani. When exposed to extreme heat and pressure it releases energy powerful enough to power a city in 12 years with just a ton of it. It also has weight reduction properties making it ideal for fusion reactors. Finding more planets with this resource is a top priority.

- A metal ore found in Epsilon Eridani and other planets that are part of US territory. The ore is very fragile and can easily be crushed in its unrefined form. Once refined and added with other chemicals and alloys it becomes stronger than titanium and harder than diamonds.
