13. b. Finding Out The Gender

Chan and I have just had our first scan and we found out the gender of our baby too. We wanted to and we are having a.... baby girl. Me and Chan are so happy. We've always wanted a little girl. He says she's going to be a daddy's girl. Awwww I can't wait for that. We have scan photos of our baby girl from our second scan just now. Chan and I got home after the scan which was after his practice so we are making dinner now. "Baby we should've ordered something nice in tonight. We have a reason to celebrate. Our baby girl is on her way" Chan said putting his arms around in the kitchen. "I love cooking, Hun. Don't worry it's all fine. I like cooking. Especially for you of course" I smile. "Awwww, baby you're always doing so much for me. I feel like I need to do more for you" Chan said. "You do a lot for me, baby but you're always busy and you deserve to rest when you get home" I smile. "Love you and I'm going to be the best daddy to our little girl when she's here" Chan said. We had dinner soon and talked about baby things. "I'm so happy we know now and it's a girl like we wanted. Can't wait to reveal at our gender reveal party" I say. "Me too. I think it's always best to know the gender of your child so you can plan and buy things etc" Chan said. "Yep I agree" I smile. Chan and I can't wait to meet our baby girl and reveal the gender to family and friends

His POV

Y/ N and I went to the hospital this morning for our second scan and we found out the gender of one of our babies. One of our babies is a girl. We wanted to keep one of the genders a secret till our gender reveal party which is in a couple of weeks. My parents are hosting it and want to make it special for us as they are so excited to be grandparents to our twins. Y/ N and I got home a little while ago and I'm making dinner while she rests as she's tired. She is carrying two human beings in her tummy. I know how she feels. Well not completely but I know she needs to rest and look after herself before the babies arrive. Y/ N is sat on the couch with her feet up and I'm cooking. "Are you all right, baby?" I say from the kitchen. "Yes I'm fine, honey. Don't worry about me. Dinner smells good. I'm hungry" she replies. After dinner, Y/ N helped me tidy up. I told her not to but she wanted to put away the dishes when I had washed them up. After that we sit on the couch to relax and unwind for the evening before we have to do to bed. "What do you think the gender of our second baby is?" I ask. "Ummmm I don't know but I'm glad we are having a little girl" Y/ N replies. "Yes me too, my love" I reply. "I have a feeling that the second baby is a girl too" Y/ N smiles. "I think it's a boy but I'm happy with whatever. Just over the moon we are starting our beautiful family" I smile kissing her on the lips. We will find out the gender of the other twin soon

Changbin and I are going to the hospital for my next baby scan appointment. We hope to find out the gender of our baby too. If we are having a baby boy or girl which we can't wait to find out what our baby is going to be. We are so ready and excited to know. Changbin and I have just arrived at the maternity centre now and we are in the waiting room ready. Changbin smiles squeeze my hand pretty hard. "Hey that's hard, be careful" I say. "I'm sorry, sweetheart. I don't mean to hurt you and the baby" Changbin said. "It's okay. I forgive you since you put this baby in me" I smirk. "Oh yeah" he smirks back. We waited a bit longer. The appointment was a bit late running but we got called in for the scan. "Hello how are you, Y/ N?" the midwife said. It's the same lady from last time. I laid down on the bed again and rolled up my top and she put the jelly stuff on like last time. It feels cold and weird at first. Ewww. Changbin stays by my side and holds my hand throughout. "Would you both like to know the gender of your baby? I think I can tell" the lady said. "Yeah sure we'd like to find out. We were hoping we could know today" I reply. "Okay I am pleased to tell you that you are having a baby boy" she said. "A boy yayyyy" I cheer. "A mini Changbin. Couldn't be any better" Changbin said. "I know. You're going to be a great father" I say. "Thanks I hope. You're going to be a great mother too" he smiled. Changbin and I left the hospital very happy to find out we are having a baby boy

Jisung 🩵

Jisung and I are going to find out the gender of our twins at our gender reveal party soon. We can't wait to find out soon. We keep on agreeing and disagree on the genders of our babies. If we are having a boy and a girl, twin girls or twin boys. We can't really decide so maybe in the end we will just give up. My family are throwing the gender reveal party for us and they will know before what the genders of the babies are. My mom will try not to tell me when she gets the envelope. It's so exciting to find out. I had my next scan this morning but Jisung missed it as he couldn't sneak out of the studio. He told the boys but not the company yet. I can't wait to tell him all about it and show him the next scan pictures. I'm starting to make dinner, Jisung will be home soon and I can't wait to see him. About 20 minutes later, the front door opens and he exclaims "Hi, honey. I'm home". He comes over to me in the kitchen and puts his arms around me and hugs me tight. "Hi, cutie. So glad you're home. I've got so much to tell you" I smile. "Ohhhh sure go on. Can't wait to hear" Jisung replies. "Sure thing" I smile. "You didn't find out the babies genders without me and before the party. Did you?" he asks. "No no I didn't. We are waiting aren't we? Do you wanna see them?" I reply. "Of course" he replies. I go into our room and he follows me and I give him the scan pictures. "So beautiful and cute, babe. Our babies" Jisung beams. "I know. Can't wait to find out if they are boys or girls" I smile. "I think one of each or two boys but we will see. I'm happy either way" he said. "Me too" I sigh putting my head on Jisung's shoulder. Not long till we find out the genders of our babies
