" Ah, slow down. Who's he?" Koracick questions
"My resident" Amelia replies
"Andrew DeLuca" the resident introduces sticking his hand out only to be ignored
"DeLuca, this is Tom Koracick, head of neuro at Hopkins" Amelia introduces"
"Oh, he's heard of me" Tom says smugly "See Shepherd's hands, DeLuca?"
"Mm-hmm" the resident hums
"All me. I should charge every time she uses them" Tom says
Amelia rolls her eyes "He's the most arrogant teacher I ever had. I didn't want to call him for this, but..."
"Say it" Tom interrupts "You have to say it. Out loud"
"You're the best" Amelia says with a sigh
"Damn straight. Oh!" he exclaims acknowledging the scans "I like this"
"Never should've called you" Amelia mutters
"Uh, I need an MR angio to check the venousoutflow and the tumour vasculature" Tom says
"I got one two days ago" Amelia replies preparing to show him
"And I need to know what it looks like today" Tom responds
"Yeah, I have a consult in a half an hour" Amelia says
"You've got a grapefruit-sized tumor on your frontal lobe. Your Chief of Surgery doesn't want you anywhere near a consult" Tom comments but quickly realises "You... Oh. You haven't told her"
"Tom, I removed an inoperable osteoblastoma from a kid's jaw a week ago" Amelia defends "I'm fine. I just... I need you to just follow my plan"
"I'm not gonna follow your plan because the part of your brain that makes plans is compromised" Tom states honestly "Your plans, your judgment, your decision-making, your impulse control... it's all tumor. You understand? You are not a sound mind now, and you haven't been for years"

"So you and Alex are just back to normal?" Madelyn asks Jo
"Yup" Jo replies with a huge grin "Speaking of Alex, him and Mer have been begging to see you"
"Really? Alex?" Madelyn doubts
"He cares about you" Jo replies
"Fine" Madelyn sighs "Him and Mer can come together"
"Yay" Jo celebrates
"But I wanna see my kid first" Madelyn adds
"I will bring her to you right away, your majesty" Jo replies rushing out

Tom, Amelia, Andrew all stand around watching as Richard who they've now informed, takes a look at the scans "Does Madelyn know?" he asks receiving a head shake from Amelia "Does Owen know?" he asks receiving the same response "What about Meredith and Maggie?"
