Amelia has spent almost every hour of everyday studying her brain since she found out she, a neuro surgeon had a brain tumour.

"Dr. Shepherd" Andrew says from behind her, him and his sister Carina being the only people to know

"Shh" Amelia cuts him off

"It's been a week." Andrew says "Shouldn't you tell someone?" he questions "Your sister maybe?" he suggests

"My sister has enough crap of her own to be dealing with, she doesn't have time for mine" Amelia says "I mean it when I say she cannot find out about this" she warns

"Okay, how about the rest of your family? Or maybe a friend?" he suggests

"I don't need your advice or your concern" Amelia replies "What I need is for you to follow HIPAA and keep your mouth shut" she says "And my latest labs and a triple latte"

Hesitantly Andrew does as he's told and leaves the older Shepherd sister alone.

"So there's improvement?" April confirms with Jackson who's checking Madelyn's burns

"It's subtle but, yes" Jackson replies

"That good, hmm, Maddy?"'April questions stroking the brunettes hair

"Mhm" the brunette hums in response

April tilts her head in question trying to figure out why Madelyn wore such a puzzled expression

"I will be back later to check up you, but this is good news Madelyn" Jackson comments as he dismisses himself

"What are you thinking?" April immediately questions once Jackson had left

"I remember having this feeling, when Derek was missing which turned out to be- that he was dead" Madelyn says "Well, I have that same feeling right now. And I know you're probably thinking i'm crazy, but I was right last time"

"I don't think you're crazy, I just don't have any information to confirm how you feel" April replies softly "Why don't you try and get some rest, okay?"

"Yeah, okay"

"Oh, also" April says reaching for a piece of paper in her pocket "Zola and Bailey, made this for you" she says handing it to the brunette

Madelyn unfolds the paper to a drawing of her with her nephew and nieces, with a sweet message written by Zola.
