"What do you think?" Alex replies
"No" Madelyn mumbles
"My house. 3:00" Meredith says
"Cool" Madelyn replies
Alex nods "All right, I'm bringing Jo"
"I figured" Mer replies
"Don't sound so excited. You know, you were an intern balling an attending once" Alex replies making Madelyn gag
"Gross" Madelyn exclaims
"Mm-hmm. You kiss my kids with that mouth?" Mer says scolding Alex

"Hey, so I just spoke to April" Jo says walking over to Madelyn "And guess what, she invited me to her wedding! Like an actual invite and she said I could even have a plus one...and then she said I should invite you as my plus one- which I think is so weird because surely you would be getting an invite because you're her friend-"
"Uh huh" Madelyn hums cutting off Jo's rambling and walking past the girl

"We're friends right?" Madelyn asks approaching April at an empty nurses station
April let's out a confused laughs "Yes, of course"
"Okay...so why is it that you invited Jo to your wedding plus a guest and you want me to be the 'guest'. What's going on?" Madelyn asks
April swallows the lump in her throat "Right, yeah. Um, I wanted to talk to you about that. I put your name on the invite list. But, I just... I didn't wanna... rub it in Matthew's face"
Madelyn moves closer to the redhead lowering her voice "If he has a problem with my name on a piece of paper, why should I be at this wedding?"
April looks up at her softly "Because of me. Because... you're my friend and I want you to be there"
Madelyn sighs "Yeah. Yeah, well, I wanna be there, too, but..."
"Come on...Madelyn, I can't go through with this if I don't have your blessing" April says softly
Madelyn stares into Aprils eyes for a moment 0Well, you have it. All right, but... I don't think I should be there" she says honestly

Jo joins Madelyn on her couch as she proceeds to go on about Dr. Webber
"I should've stopped the test" she says
"Well, he's a hard guy to say "no" to"
Jo sighs "Yeah, but it's sort of my job"
"Well, he couldn't do the stress test. He wasn't ready to go home" Madelyn replies "You did a good job bambi, he's just a stubborn man"
"Yeah" Jo sighs again "Did you speak to April?"
"Yep. I'm not going to the wedding, I can't be there" Madelyn admits "Otherwise I might do something stupid"
