Chapter 24: The things I do for love

Ella’s POV:

I came into the studio crying… I went and searched for Roxanne and hugged her immediately…

“What happened, Ella?”

“He told me that he loved me”

“Then why are you crying?”

“Because I know he’s still with her and I’ll never be able to replace her.”

“Why not? You should be happy just by the fact he’s already chosing you!”

“Bianca is his first love and first love never dies. Besides, I can’t match up to that!”

“Ella, It’s not about who came in first; but rather how stays the longest. Plus, you’re beautiful in your onw way... Some people just don’t see it.”

“I don’t know..”

“Get up, Missy. We still have a talent show to perform on.”

Nathan’s POV:

I’m here at the backstage having a nervous breakdown.  Slowly, one by one, each performer was called.

Then, Roxanne and Ella’s turn came..

They danced to Justin Bieber’s “Boyfriend”

I was amazed…I never knew they could dance…

Too amazed to notice Bianca tapping my arm..

“dude, it’s out turn.”

I followed her and got my guitar with me…

We set ourselves and started…

“Our song for tonight is dedicated to a lovely young lady named Ella Mckinney. Ella, you wanted me to prove myself well then here it goes..

I started strumming my guitar and..

“YESS! Nathan James Harrison!” I hugged her and pecked her on the lips.
