Tae kept staring at her, his eyes fixed on the figure standing before him. The memories flooded back, the pain resurfacing with each passing second. But just as he was about to drown in his thoughts, she called his name again, breaking him out of his trance.

"What are you doing here?" Tae asked, his voice dripping with anger. How could she dare to come in front of him after breaking his heart? He clenched his jaw, his blood boiling with unresolved emotions, and rose from his chair.

"Tae, l...let me e..explain you," She stammered, but Tae wasn't in the mood to hear anything from her. He felt the intensity of his anger rising within him, ready to boil over.

"Get out of here!" He yelled, his voice echoing through the empty room. But she didn't leave. She stood there, unwilling to back down. Tae gritted his teeth, the frustration mounting as he realized she wouldn't easily disappear from his life once again.

With a heavy heart, Tae stormed out of his own cabin, desperately needing to escape her presence. As he walked down the corridor, lost in his thoughts, he found himself drawn towards Yoongi's studio.

Reaching the door, Tae hesitated for a moment before pushing it open. The sight that met his eyes froze him in his tracks. There, in the center of the room, stood his husband, pouring his heart out in a beautiful melody.

"Cause I'm falling in love, never felt so high," Jm's voice filled the air, and Tae's heart skipped a beat. He had never known his husband possessed such a mesmerizing voice. But how could he have known when he barely spent any time with Jm, when he hadn't given him the attention he deserved? Tae knows he had been living in his past, refusing to move forward and truly embrace the person that was right in front of him.

"You have a great voice, Jm. You could be a singer," Yoongi, complimented, but Jm shook his head in disbelief, his face flushing with a mix of surprise and embarrassment.

"Stop teasing me," Jm responds, thinking that Yoongi is merely poking fun at him. But Tae can't remain silent any longer.

"Yoongi is right. You have an amazing voice, Jm," Tae says, his voice filled with sincerity. Jm's heart skips a beat as he turns towards Tae, his eyes wide with astonishment. He just can't believe his husband is here. His whole face blushes, the memory of their morning kiss flooding back. Is it the effect of the kiss? Jm thinks to himself, as he stares at his husband with adoration. Tae couldn't help but notice the blush that spread across Jm's face, and internally grinned to himself.

"Oh, Tae, what are you doing here?" Yoongi asks, breaking the momentary silence. Tae tears his gaze away from Jm and looks at Yoongi, forcing a smile onto his face that doesn't quite reach his eyes.

"Actually, I'm here to take my husband out for lunch. It's nearly 12 pm," Tae responds, fumbling for an explanation. He himself doesn't quite understand why he came here, and interrupting them.

"Isn't it too soon?" Yoongi inquires, because Jm and he still have more work to do on the song they are collaborating on.

"I know, but I'm taking my husband out. By the time we reach the restaurant, it'll be lunchtime," Tae explains, even though the words feel hollow and uncertain. He curses himself internally for not being able to comprehend his own actions and motivations.

"Okay," Yoongi concedes with a nod. Tae smiles, before he walks out of the studio. Jm smiles too, his heart filled with hope that everything is going to turn out for the best.

Curiosity sparked within Jm as they made their way out of the company, and he couldn't help but question Tae. "Where are we going, hyung?"

Tae turned to his husband, uncertain about what to say. "Oh, um... it's a surprise," Tae replied, hoping to mask his own confusion with an air of mystery.

Just as they were about to leave the building, a voice stopped them in their tracks. Jm's ears perked up at the sound—someone calling Tae's name. He turned his head, only to see a woman standing there, looking for his husband.

"Tae," She called out, her voice cracking under the weight of her emotions. Tae turned as well, but with a clenched jaw.

"What?" Tae's response was curt and dismissive, and it took Jm aback to witness his husband's apparent rudeness.

"Are you going somewhere? Can we talk?" She asked, her lower lip caught between her teeth.

"No, I'm taking my husband out," Tae replied firmly, surprising Jm at the revelation of their secret relationship to a complete stranger.

"Husband?" The woman exclaimed, her voice filled with heartbreak as tears pooled in her eyes. Tae, now more composed, slipped his arm around Jm's waist.

"Yeah, husband. He's my husband, Jm," Tae stated proudly, leaving Jm momentarily speechless. The weight of that word, husband, filled the air, and Jm's heart soared with a mixture of joy and disbelief.

"Who is she, hyung?" Jm asks softly, his voice carrying both curiosity and concern. Tae finds himself at a loss for words, unsure of how to respond. But before Tae can collect his thoughts, the girl speaks up.

"I'm Jieun, the fiancée of the CEO of Layover labels," She reveals, her words hanging heavy in the air. Tae's eyes widen, finally understanding why she's here. The realization of her intentions hits him with a sense of both relief and the lingering sting of unresolved emotions.

"Nice to meet you, Jieun-ssi," Jm says politely, as he smiles at Jieun, unaware of the tension between her and Tae. Jieun returns the smile, her heart heavy with jealousy and unspoken feelings.

"We should go, baby," Tae says, his voice now filled with tenderness as he addresses Jm. Jm's heart skips a beat, hearing the word 'baby' roll off Tae's tongue. He nods, following Tae as they walk away, bidding their goodbyes to Jieun.

Jieun stands rooted to her spot, gritting her teeth as she watches them walk away. Jealousy grips her heart, unable to comprehend how Tae could have moved on and gotten married.
