One of her worst fears is being alone at the time of .. anything, and it was coming true right then. She'd die, but knowing that no one was there to even try to help, it'd kill her in the living world were she to somehow survive.

For now though, none of that was in acknowledgement of her terrified mind. She strived solely to break free, crying out for help when its claws would plunge in the endo and the pain would exceed the tolerable limit. The beast was assaulting her without even trying much, mentally as well as physically, while she was consistently failing in achieving an open window for escape.

"Someone, help! Please!"

Screeching out the previous exclamation, Chica's world seemed to lose its stature. Alarms of danger blared in the recesses of her mind as the pieces of her sane consciousness crippled at the edges. The monster, in all its heinous glory tightened its clasp around her again, this time enough to entirely snatch at her attention, and keep it there.

The bird watched as the beast's jaws parted, revealing two other rows of the same kind of teeth that were donned by its outside apparel, maybe even sharper. Panic reached to its ultimate heights when that thing began drawing nearer. Either that, or it was again pulling her closer. She was already uncomfortable by the previous proximity. Its maximization multiplied that discomfort tenfold, and suddenly she was writhing and pushing away much more violently.

But, just as before, the strength was unmatched, and in no time was the first set of jaws close enough that it could chomp at her entire face without an issue. She could measure that, hence the squeaked whimper immediately upon catching sight of nothing but needles. Thanks to the inability to close her eyes, her head entirely snapped sideways, so to avoid the horrors right ahead. She'd murmured a few pleas in the most heavy-hearted tone she could manage, as if the monster really had a heart to listen and stop.

There was nothing for a subsequent few seconds, apart from the air filling with the terrified cries of the bird. Amidst some sobs she'd make futile calls for help, but they never summoned this, help. Instead, they only brought the time of demise much closer.

It took about only a harsh, painful jolt, and Chica knew she was done for. A split second before she could already imagine the teeth around her head, the pointed needles jabbing into every inch of her mask, penetrating her vital inner machinery. She could tell how bad it'd be, even feeling the pain of it before it actually happened. The remnants of her fragile consciousness flickered, narrowed all the way down until she had nothing but the knowledge of the foretold, nightmare of a destiny.

Shrinking by the weight of the realization, Chi's head almost sank into her shoulder, a horror-stricken screech ringing in the air. She tried putting her arms out for defense, but both of them were numb with the agony, moving hardly, if at all.

Her world doused into a realm of utter blackness, that bird's. She didn't know for how long she stayed that way. In her eyes life was over. She was dead, and never to return. However, what struck her, was when several moments passed, and Chica could still feel the searing numbness of her arms, or spot the stack of boxes standing in a small distance from her. She didn't think the dead could see all that.

A little longer, and the female finally acknowledged that she was still in one piece; alive. There was no, third-person's view of where she was, no complete blackness, nothing stereotypical of death. She was right where she remembered, standing in the backstage, facing away from the monster that was prior trying to end her off.

But wait-

The part with the monster trying to kill her off shoved another thought into her mind, a surge of questions underway. Quickly, she whipped her head back to where the creature was, surprisingly finding it still in its place, in the same position it had been before she'd looked away. There was though, still one thing different about it now — the eyes.
