Sam and Colby were so excited to film their newest YouTube video. They had been planning it for weeks and had spent hours scouting the perfect location. But just as they were about to start filming, Sam's phone rang. It was his girlfriend Y/N, and by the sound of her voice, he knew something was wrong.

"Hey babe, what's up?" Sam asked, trying to sound upbeat.

"Sam, I'm sorry to interrupt your filming, but I hurt myself pretty bad." Y/N's voice was shaky, and Sam's heart started racing.

"What happened? Are you okay?" Sam asked, concern lacing his voice.

"I fell while hiking, and I think I need stitches. I'm at the urgent care now." Y/N's voice started to crack, and Sam knew she was in pain.

"I'll be right there. Don't worry, I'll take care of you," Sam said, already packing up their filming equipment.

"Sammy, you don't have to do that. You were so excited about your video. I don't want to ruin it for you," Y/N said, trying to be understanding.

"Don't be silly. You're more important than any video. I'll be there in ten minutes," Sam reassured her before hanging up.

When Sam arrived at the urgent care, he found Y/N sitting in the waiting room with her leg wrapped in a makeshift bandage. She looked pale and scared, and Sam's heart twisted in his chest. He went over to her and enveloped her in a tight hug.

"Glad you're here," Y/N whispered, her head resting on his chest.

"Always," Sam replied, kissing her forehead.

They were soon called into the room, and the doctor confirmed that Y/N needed stitches. Sam sat next to her, holding her hand and whispering words of comfort as the doctor worked. Y/N's grip on his hand was tight, and Sam could feel her pain with each stitch. He couldn't help but feel guilty for not being with her when she fell.

After the doctor was done, he gave Y/N some pain medication and instructed her to rest for the next few days. Sam helped her into the car and drove her back to their apartment.

Once they were home, Sam made sure Y/N was comfortable before he went to the kitchen to prepare some food for her. He knew she hated taking painkillers and didn't want her to take them on an empty stomach. Sam then set up a comfortable spot for Y/N on the couch, with her favorite movies ready to watch.

"You're the best," Y/N said with a grateful smile as Sam handed her the food.

"I'm just glad you're okay," Sam replied, rubbing her back gently.

As they watched movies together, Y/N eventually dozed off, and Sam couldn't help but admire her even more. She was strong and brave, but she also had a vulnerable side that she only showed to him. Sam promised himself that he would always be there to take care of her, no matter what.

The next few days were spent with Sam taking care of Y/N. He made sure she took her medication, changed her bandages, and cooked all her meals. He even canceled their YouTube video and rescheduled it for when Y/N was feeling better. Colby was understanding and offered to help in any way he could.

Y/N's injury brought them even closer together. Sam realized how lucky he was to have such an amazing partner who supported him in everything he did. And Y/N knew she could always count on Sam to be there for her, no matter what.

As Y/N's leg healed, they finally filmed their YouTube video together. And it ended up being one of their most-watched videos, not because of the content, but because of the story behind it. Sam and Colby's viewers saw the love and care they had for Y/N, and it inspired many of them.
