the moments before disaster

yerim's pov.

the day after the streamies awards was always a funny one, as our night usually ended up with us passed out blackout drunk on someones floor - and tonight was no exception. i woke up groaning from body aches as i sat up from the weird, curled up position i had slept in on yunjins bathroom floor (no one knew why i was in there).

i nudged keeho who was fast asleep next to me still with a bottle of vodka in his hand as he stirred slightly, but ultimately fell back into the grasps of slumber. instead, i decided to get up and grab myself some water from her kitchen.

what my brain hadn't yet processed was the fact that getting to her kitchen would be a arduous task as my hangover hit me like a brick as i stood up, making me collapse through the bathroom door and catching myself on the back of the sofa - where i found the rest of my friends awkwardly groaning and rubbing their heads too.

i pulled myself up as i grabbed some water and went back to the living room, sitting down on a gap on the sofa inbetween where yunjin and ryujin were curled up and pulled out my phone.

obviously, there was a fair few notifications - i was expecting that after the award i had won last night. another thing i wasn't expecting today was the sheer amount of turmoil that the award caused on social media. i opened up twitter to be greeted to 'fanwars' between mine & gunwook's fans yet again as i stalked the replies to the tweets announcing that we won

i laughed as i saw a response saying that they "refuse to believe our relationship" knowing that the fan was right about not believing it as it was never real to begin with. maybe it was the hangover making it more funny than it needed to be.. but either way, i found it so funny that i actually sent it to gunwook
