Chapter 2

BUNTONG HININGA si Harumi bago sumandal sa kinauupuan, masyado siyang naging busy dahil sa mga nangyari sa animal shelters na kaylangan niyang daluhan. Ni hindi naniya naintay magising ang asawa nang umalis dahil sa pagmamadali, anong oras na silang natulog kagabi dahil kung ano ano ang pinagusapan nila para mas makilala ang isat isa kaya hindi na niya nabasa ang message sakanya ng katrabaho na si Hailey.

Kaya ng mabasa niya ng magising siya ay mabilis pa sa kidlat ang ginawa niyang paghahanda at pumunta sa lokasyon kung saan sila magkikita ng kaibigan. At ngayon ay papunta na sila sa private room kung saan maguusap ang mga may matataas na rango sa trabaho sa mga shelters.

I sat down before looking at them, we're only six in here four boys and two girls— me and Hailey.

Hailey stand up and walk towards at the white screen before inserting something in the box, after that the white screen showed a picture. Hailey look at us and smiled.

"So? Shall we start?"

We nod so Hailey clapped her hands and start discussing about the shelters.

"As we know, animal shelters play a vital role in our communities as we continuously work to reunite pets with their owners, shelter those in need and find new homes for animals that are lost, without a permanent home or for those animals that, for our own security, shouldn't be roaming our streets." Hailey started. "As animal shelter staff, we do all of this while trying to convince people to look first at animal shelters for that special family pet."

I stand up and walk towards to Hailey. "We need a donations, we will start small auction for animals we handling because we're lacking of donations, so me and Hailey as a veterinarian wanted the pets handle to people for animals to know how it feels to have a family even a small days or month." She looked at Zavier Almonte. "It's that okay Sir Zavier? I'm asking all of your opinions but you know Sir Zavier is the owner of this." I chuckled.

Natawa rin ang iba pa naming kasama at si Sir Zavier.

"Sure, I will recommend to my friends about the auction so they will give us a donations and they can have the other pet's. I will donate some food's and support for the pet's."

Mabilis akong napangiti dahil sa sinabi niya.

"Thank you Sir Zavier." I nodded at him.

He just nod before standing up and walked towards us, ako naman ay bumalik na sa upuan kung saan ako nakaupo kanina.

Habang nagsasalita siya ay nagsisimula nang lumutang ang isip ko, I didn't have enough sleep! This is all Kaiser's fault!

We talked about each other and talked about our parents. Now he knows that my parents are already divorce.

Ayokong pinaguusapan ang mga magulang ko dahil sa sakit na ipinadanas ng annulment nila Mom and Dad saakin, kahit pa mga kaibigan ko ay hindi ko kayang ikwento sakanila ng matagalan ang tungkol sa mga magulang ko. Pero kagabi ay iba, hindi ako nakaramdam ng hindi ako komportable kay Kaiser— sa pagku kwento ko tungkol sa mga magulang ko.

Hindi ko din alam kung bakit pero masaya ako na ganun ang nararamdaman ko towards sakanya dahil asawa ko naman siya at ayaw ko magkeep ng secret sakanya.

Natapos ang meeting at kaagad siyang lumabas ng meeting room at tawagan ang Asawa pero ganon nalang ang gulat niya ng makitang sobrang daming messages and call's!!
