Secrets

Chapter two:

I was working on a Tuesday at the cafe when Niall walked in and asked for the usual. I yelled at Jessica the order and looked back at Niall who was holding money. I told him the price and took his cash. When I heard someone speaking I looked up and saw Nialls mouth moving.
'Can I ask you something? Please be honest.' He looked scared so I nodded. As we all know I'm honest Elle. 'Do you want to go out sometime?'
I felt like I won the lottery. I liked Niall and all I just never thought someone so famous would go for someone like me.
'Sure, what time should I be ready?' I don't know how I managed to say that but I did.
'Seven. I'll pick you up at seven. Is that okay?' He shifted to one foot nervously.
'Yeah, that's great! I'll be ready by then.' Just then Jessica came out with his order and gave it to him. As soon as he left Jessica turned to me, 'So what happened here.' She asked smirking. I looked back out to the door and saw him get in his car and drive away. 'Oh, nothing. He just asked me out, that's all.' It really wasn't that big of a deal to me so I didn't say it all fangirl like. 'HE WHAT?' She screeched in my ear. Now she was jumping up and down like a jumping bean. 'Stop! Stop it now! Your making yourself look like a fool and it's annoying.' I snapped. She frowned 'Can you set me up with Liam? Just ask him about it, please.' She pleaded. I looked at her with frustration, 'No, I will not. Everybody knows I like him and so do you so why can't you be normal and ask me if you can do my hair or makeup. Maybe even ask to come to my apartment and help me figure out what to wear. Not ask if I can set you up with his friend!' I grabbed the washcloth and starting wiping the counter furiously. She sat silent for a second, watching me scrub then she asked, 'What do you have to wear? Since both our shifts end at 12 we can go to your place and you can get ready there! With my help of course.' I knew Jessica had to be home after her shift so I was weary about the idea. She apparantly noticed cause she told me, 'Mom won't mind!' I smiled at her. Just then a customer came up and ordered. Jessica went back to cooking and I was day dreaming about Niall.

Nialls POV
I got in my car and turned the ignition. I started the car and left to head back for the studio. On my way I got a call from Liam, 'Hey mate! Got the food? We're starving!' I must've been on speaker because I heard some other voice which sounded like Harrys, 'Yeah and how'd  asking Elle out go?' I heard soft laughter in the back round. 'WHO TOLD YOU?' I screamed. Everyone went quiet and then a soft voice which must've been Louis spoke up, .'Wait it's true? We were just joking. We've known about your crush and we'll we just thought it'd be funny if-' I hung up. I hung up on them. I never do that and if I  did it would be for a good reason not because I wanted them to stop  talking about it. I just like Elle a lot and we've been friends but not close friends because of the huge fight I had. I was at a party and she was too and we saw each other so we talked and then this guy named Jason appeared and was her boyfriend. I got mad because I was about to ask her out and then he came up so I didn't. Now here we are 3 years later and not that close. I got a text from Liam asking about where I was and then I remembered I had to go back to the studio. I made a left and turned on Redfield Dr and parked my car thinking of good places to take Elle tonight. Oh crap here we go.

YAY their going on a date!! I'm bored so this week is gonna be full of more chapters!! Ugh he don't even have a place to take her!! Anyway until next chapter
