Hello fellow Wattpadders! Today we have Paul1roncone, author of the book, Super Crush, with us.

I am Abhipreeti (_abhipreeti_), and I have interviewed Paul1roncone, a.k.a, Paul1roncone.

Paul1roncone is a big kid at heart. He loves all things comics, cartoons, and video games. If he is not falling asleep on the couch with his hubs and pupper (Netflix asking if it should start the next episode), he is out catching live music, at a sports game, or playing games with his friends. P1r only gets decent writing ideas at the worst times, but loves the therapy of fingers typing away on a keyboard.

At what age did you realize that you have a special place for writing? Are you currently or do you ever dream of one day being in the writing industry?

>>Maybe in my mid-teens. I had a dramatic journal full of property dedicated to my first love. Haha. Never saw the light of day, but I realized two things: 1. I love to write. 2. I am a terrible poet.

When I grow up, I want to be a professional writer. Never too old to dream.

Did any story, on or off Wattpad, inspire you ever and help you carve your interest towards writing books?

>>Perks of Being a Wallflower. I read it in late high school. Besides the author growing up in a town near my childhood birthplace, it feels like home to me. The characters were so real and messy and human. And at the time, it was the first book that I had read that featured a gay character. I felt acknowledged.

What is the genre(s) in which you mostly write your books? Do you think you are able to create brilliant plots when you write in that specific genre(s)?

>>YA with fantasy/sci-fi elements. This is more by nature than anything else. Writers write what they know. Haha. Plus, I have never been able to find a more mature voice that connects to adult audiences. I am okay with that. Growing up is overrated.

What advice would you like to give to authors who are writing in the same genre(s) as yours?

>>Be you. Write from your heart and who cares what others say. I am not going to quote Taylor Swift here, but no matter if you say what you want or not, people are still going to be hateful. Might as well be sure you have everything you want out there.

Do you have any favourite quote or quotes from your book?

>>Oh, dang. Haha. Good question. I know that some lines made me laugh and made me cry writing them. I wrote Noah and his cheekiness kinda like I think. Some of his internal monologue is my favorite. And his reactions anytime someone calls Noah out on his shenanigans.
