Two blooming flowers

Every two days

There's a group of flowers that bloom

Bloom so high ones below feel so far away

When the years go by

There's some that die

But on a normal sunny day

Only two flowers rose from the ground

That made interest from those all around

They wanted to be alone, so that's what they said

To hide from the world and be together instead

So they rose high enough

High enough they could touch the sky's fluff

They never bend down

And everyone could see them, even those out of town

One day one of these flowers got ripped from their root burrow

They got taken away by a sparrow

But even then they could still see each other

From a distance but that didn't matter to one another

They chatted and screamed

All day everyday burning one's self esteem

Day by day they cried

And they wanted to know why

When the sun doesn't come out they bend down and away

And new flowers around wonder if they are okay

The older ones say that they'll be fine

Says that this only happens when the sun doesn't shine

Everyone said they'll lose connection

Fall upon boredom and walk in the opposite direction

Between the two you could sense fear

Because each one was scared they would lose them for another peer

But not one day did they lose their love

Not even from all the feet above

They stood and talked and gathered in trust

Never let go even if one day they begin to rust

The sun can shine and halt their reaction

But it can't burn down their sense of compassion

When months turn into years

They will still be here

Just trust in each other is all it will take

To make sure another doesn't make any mistakes
