Thanksgiving, a time of joy
A time to gather, a time to enjoy
With family and friends, we come together
To celebrate this holiday, in all kinds of weather
The table is set, with food galore
Turkey, stuffing, and so much more
Each dish made with love and care
Shared with loved ones, a feast to share
The laughter echoes, throughout the room
As we reminisce, on memories of gloom
But now we focus, on all that we're blessed
Grateful for family, who truly are the best
From grandparents to children, we all unite
A bond so strong, it feels just right
We give thanks for each other, and all we hold dear
For this family, we have nothing to fear
With full hearts and bellies, we sit and reflect
On all the reasons, we have to be thankful and expect
A future filled with love, laughter, and more
For we are a family, forever and more
So here's to Thanksgiving, a time of cheer
A time to be grateful, for all that we hold dear
For family and love, will always prevail
