My heart is cold, so void of life
No warmth to be found, no passion, no strife
I have grown so numb, I can't feel a thing
My soul is sunken, my heart a broken thing
My life is bleak, no joy, no hope
I've been left here, so alone to cope
I can't find the strength to reach out for more
No one to turn to, my heart so sore
I'm lost in a void, so bleak and so gray
My heart so empty, I have nothing to say
No one to listen, no one to hear
My life is a wasteland, so far from cheer
My heart is frozen, my soul so cold
No one to care, nothing to hold
I'm so alone, so crippled inside
This cold heart might never thaw, no place to hide
