Allows user to take quirk through physical contact. Process lasts one minute. Can't take mutant quirks. Can't give quirks, only take. Extract can mess with the user's mind, making the user want or need the quirk. Strength of want or need vary's on the kind of quirk and how powerful the quirk is.
Drawback: Nosebleeds, coughing up blood, feeling dazed
Telekinesis! (took his mom's quirk on accident)
Weak but strengthens with an adrenaline rush or when the user (or someone the user loves) is in danger/life threatening situation. Allows user to lift things at mental will.
Drawback: Migraine
Enhancer!
This quirk is always active. Causes the user to have high metabolism. Enhances speed, strength, endurance, senses, metabolism, reflexes, etc etc
Drawback: anemic, causes user to be hungry a lot
Regeneration! (but it's not as fast as you think)
This quirk allows the user to regenerate any part of his body. But there are limits. The ligaments, nerves, and wounds in areas with more movement take the longest time to regenerate, with the time being at least an hour and up to a day. Cuts and bruises to skin that is not deep takes 2 seconds to heal. Limbs that are torn off completely take 30 minutes and/or 1 second (depending on whether or not the user is in a life or death situation). Diseases and sickness take longer to heal out of all things. While the immune system is always in tip-top shape, the user is still at a risk to sickness though the risk is low. But once the user is sick, the user will feel 10 times worse than the average sick person.
Drawback: Hyperactive 24/7, Insomnia
