Grey is a simple construction worker and is highly respected among his peers. But one night he has a run in with some thugs on the way home. He is taken away to a powerful woman who is the boss in the area. How will he talk his way out of this one?
I get off of my board near my house and see a group of people in my yard. "Yo! What the hell are you all doing?!" I ask angrily as I get off of my board. "Who let you on my property?!" I ask and walk in through the gate.
"Woah! Let's calm down bro! My sister here just wanted to see what type of car this is. Sorry for intruding on your property, but when she is too stubborn for the word no." The white haired man says and I look at the tall woman.
"I'm sorry for dragging them on your property. I was just curious as I haven't seen a Mustang like this before." She says and I sigh before calming down.
"She's an 02 Cobra...my Grandfather and Dad were supposed to rebuild her. But Gramps got too old and passed away, and my Dad couldn't bring himself to work on it afterwards. So I brought it here and began working on it." I tell them and walk up to the frame. I run my hand over the rusted frame with a frown.
"Sorry about your loss." She says and I just shrug my shoulders.
"It's alright. I'm over it now." I say softly and I feel something hugging my arm. I look to see a snake like tendril around my arm. I look over at the frowning woman and the guys look at me too.
"You're not over it. I can tell by your voice that you're still hurting." She says and I sigh before pulling my arm away gently.
"I am fine... Or I will be once I finish this car." I say and go over to my clipboard.
"You really think getting this old car up and running will help you?" White hair asks and I nod. I turn and offer my hand to them.
"Grey Koi-Len at your service." I say and give them a smile.
"Shadow." The man with black hair and charcoal eyes says and shakes my hand.
"Omega." The white haired male says and shakes my hand. "You skate?" He asks and I chuckle.
"Yeah. Best way to get around without a car." I say with a chuckle.
"You don't have a car?" The woman asks and I shake my head. "I'm Evelynn by the way Darling." She says and shakes my hand. I shiver slightly as I can feel her dominance through the handshake.
"No I don't. I'm using most of my money to fix up this car. Sometimes I put a little extra down and just don't eat much." I chuckle nervously and the woman frowns.
"You'd choose this car over your own health?" She asks and I nod.
"I guess when you put it like that it makes me sound like an idiot." I say and she sighs softly. Suddenly a motorcycle pulls up and the woman gets off her bike.
