Do we fall in love by heart or mind?
The short answer? Mind.
We call it "falling in love," as if we have no control over how we topple into that dreamy state of emotional bliss. But those sweetly warm feelings we connect to our heart are actually chemicals and hormones flooding an organ higher up—Our brain.
It doesn't matter what the heart feels—Because in reality? Everything begins with the mind. And that is why we mustn't follow the heart or brain.
Both organs can produce lies just as quickly and efficiently as the lips can spew them.
So that leaves one question. Do we fall in love by heart or mind?
The short answer? Neither.
