2:00 P.M. Taichung, Occupied Area
In an empty area of a community, a platoon was on their patrol in search for any escapees.
"See anything?" The squad leader asks the squad.
"Nothing, sir." One of the soldier replies.
"One more hour and we'll withdraw." The leader orders.
But as they continue to patrol, their electronic equipment begin to malfunction for unknown reasons.
"Sir, we have lost contact to the HQ." The soldier reports to the leader.
"What? HQ! Respond!" The leader starts to get anxious.
*Static*
But there's just statics, hinting that there's a source of massive electronic disturbance.
"Something's not right, everyone stay alert." The leader orders all of his squad to increase their alertness.
But unknown to them, there's something on a building, stalking them.
"BLEUGH!!" The strange groan coming from the stalker has alerted the whole squad.
"What is that?! Everyone, weapons up! Stay alert!"
Everyone in the platoon starts to ready their weapons, with the gunner on an armored vehicle preparing his minigun. As time passed, a figure came out of nowhere and rushed toward them.
