When I woke up, I was in a room filled with void. Nothing but plain, pure darkness, and a chair.

A chair, an anomaly.

It just sat there, staring at the wall, endlessly. As I read through the paper I got at the beginning of the game (which included basic descriptions for every role and a detailed one for yours and the instruction to this twisted game), I was approached by a girl. She tried to read my role, but I immediately covered it away from sight before she could see even a glimpse of it.

"Why are you hiding it? Is it because you're evil?", asked the girl. She had a cunning smile, and her eyes looked manipulative but her looks were the complete opposite. She wore a red crop top and red trousers. She had a red hairband with a necklace that had a heart locket. Her voice was soft and gentle, and she had glowing green eyes with relatively long brown hair. All of these factors made her look like your average "girly girl". But just from seeing her eyes, I could tell she was the opposite.

"I could say the same about you. Why are you trying to peek at my role?" I asked the girl, as the savior who could bring back one person from the dead throughout the entire game. The girl sighed and looked away from me. "Well, if we're gonna be together in this killing game, might as well make some friends rather than enemies, no?", she replied. I shook my head in distrust. "Your eyes say the opposite of what's coming out of your mouth", I replied. The girl looked at me curiously.

"Well, you're a clever one, aren't ya?", she cried. "I'll be sure to get you out first...".

Even though her intentions were plainly obvious at first, I couldn't tell if she was serious about this or not. Perhaps she was evil, or perhaps she was the 'clown'.

The clown was one of the most dangerous roles. If they'd managed to deceive us and manage to get executed as a suspect, the clown could bring one person to the grave with them. If the murderer killed them, we would be safe. The clown is the only one who's neither in the good or evil team - they are neutral. This means as long as they get voted out, they've won.

"You're the clown, aren't you?", I asked. The girl suddenly gasped in surprise and covered her mouth.

"H... YOU?! Out of everyone... the girl with a stupid looking beanie, a boring white t-shirt and jeans! The girl with boring brown eyes and hair?! Out of everyone... the most basic one had to be the one to figure it out?!", she suddenly gasped again, a bit louder this time with dilated pupils and sweat dripping out of her hair.

She sighed, and with no other choice, she offered her hand to me. "Well, if we part, it'll be because I got murdered. Might as well get to know each other", she said, with a hint of disappointment in her voice, "my name is Colleen. What's yours?".

I offered my hand back and I shook hers. "I'm Veronica. Its nice to meet you", I lied. "Nice to meet ya' too". Eventually more and more people had been searching the room for clues.

We met a disgusting little fish looking creature, who for some reason, could talk and walk and had human feet. He said his name was Chlorine, but I really didn't give a shit. As soon as this awful monstrosity left this place, the better. He stank, too.

Another person we met was Austin. He had black spiky hair, a black fedora with basic attire. He seemed nice and caring, what a joke. Either he was just truly sweet and a really easy target for the murderer, or he was trying to manipulate us. Did you think I would've trusted you, Austin?

Another person we met... was Flavia. She... was definitely an interesting one. Her short blonde hair and dark eyes definitely made her seem like your typical 'evil' type, but to this day I still can't figure her out. Was she truly just plain damn evil, or was she acting that part? Her eyes explained nothing about her - I could never deduct if she was being truthful or fake. Either way, I let the game go on.
