Syrup Village: Everything stays the same
Baratie: It's revealed that River learned how to kick from Sanji (and kinda Zeff). So they already know each other and have hated each other.
Arlong Park: The beginning stays the same. River stays behind for a bit to help Nami, then helps Luffy with fighting Arlong but that resulted in River now having a broken arm.
Loguetown: ( that's actually something you can read and is definitely important :) )
Laboon: Stays the same.
