Ch.46

After their long eventful night and the scares, the couple went straight back to the penthouse. Once they arrived they were greeted by Chan in the kitchen.

"Good, you guys are back. Is everything okay?" Chan who was relieved but with nothing but concern asked.

"Not quite James almost kidnapped Jisung again. But I know where he's hiding, we'll work everything out in the morning right now you guys should rest." Minho went to the fridge to down a bottle of water.

"You should too Minho." Jisung wasn't going to sleep at ease until his partner was there with him in bed.

"I think the both of you should go tuck Eunchae in bed first. Once she woke up from us leaving the house, she's been crying for the two of you all night. Felix is in the room calming her down but she won't go back to bed." Chan informed the couple.

"I'll go tuck her in. Minho you better come once you cleaned yourself up." Jisung demanded.

"I like it when you're demanding." Minho pulled Jisung back by the waist and whispered in his ear as he found the younger's actions quite hot.

"Not now Minho." Jisung pulled away now feeling quite flustered.

Jisung had went to Eunchae's room, walking in to see Felix distracting her with a video they were both watching. But it took no time for Eunchae to realize who was standing in the door way and she immediately ran to Jisung who had squat down to her level to embrace her hug.

"Sungie Appa!" Eunchae's tears uncontrollably escaped her doe eyes.

"I'm right here don't worry . . . . Wait, did you just call me Appa?" Jisung slightly pulled away in disbelief.

He watched the little girl slowly nod her head.

Felix couldn't help but watch a beautiful moment in front of him with a warm smile and knew his time was to leave once Minho came in.

"Minho Appa!" Eunchae noticed the other and ran to him next.

"Appa?" Minho was wondering if he heard right.

"I thought you and Sungie Appa left me." Eunchae buried her face in Minho's chest with tears soaking his shirt.

"We would never leave you Eunchae, we promised we would adopt you." Jisung began soothingly rubbing his hand on the girl's back.

"But when I woke up, you two were gone." She comes out from hiding with a sniffle.

"We had forgotten something at work that's all, we're never leaving you Eunchae, and we'll always protect you too." Minho fixed the little girl's hair, giving a warm comforting smile.

"Okay . . . . It's okay for me to call you guys Appa?" Eunchae shyly asked.

"Yes, that makes us happy to hear you call us that." Jisung was smiling ear to ear as was Minho, never they had a thought they would be fathers.

"Yay! Can we sleep now?" The little girl began rubbing her tired eyes.

"Yes, it's past your bedtime. We'll tuck you in—."

Minho was then cut off.

"Let me sleep with appas." Eunchae held onto Minho before he could set her down in her bed.

"Now I understand how my parents felt." Jisung didn't mind of course but was fun to remember about his own childhood.

"Just for tonight." Minho caved in since they all had a long sorrowful day.

They go straight to the couples shared master bedroom and let Eunchae get comfortable. The couple went to get ready for bed before crawling into the bed with Eunchae between them. Minho of course wasn't a fan of not holding his boyfriend while he slept but he couldn't help but allow it since their soon to be daughter was an acceptation. The three cats soon joined them as well while the little girl immediately passed out.

Minho and Jisung exchanged quiet whispers of I love you before it was their turn of falling asleep.

The next day the four were gathered at the kitchen table discussing their move onto James while Minho had called his other four friends, letting Jeongin off his small break. Seungmin was off in the living room getting to know his boss's new daughter.

"Do you think this will really work? I don't want to lose anyone else." Jisung looked around the table for reassurance.

"It's worth a shot, Minho's plans never fail." Changbin had faith this would work, had faith in his boss.

"Despite our differences in methods on getting things done, this one I actually agree with." Jeongin moved his focus to his boss and exchanged nods.

"Chan you sure you want to join us? You're a cop not part of the mafia." Minho wanted to make sure what the older was getting himself into.

"I'm more than sure, I've helped before I can do it again. Besides I'm not one for revenge but the man needs to go." Chan now downing his alcoholic drink.

"I think we all want our revenge, he's brought nothing but pain to all of us here. This shouldn't be told by anyone else, not even your colleagues in the mafia or police station. It's only going to be us, Seungmin will be helping from here as he keeps an eye on Eunchae. Everything must go as planned, before he leaves the country tomorrow night." Minho took a hold of Chan's alcoholic beverage and drank the rest of it from stress.

He got from the table and went to his wine room with Jisung falling behind as the other discussed the situation at had.

"Minho, you okay?" Jisung grabbed his boyfriend's attention who was now pouring another glass of his favorite wine.

"Stressed but I can't be stressed because I'm the mob boss, your boyfriend who just told you everything will go as planned, and soon to be Eunchae's adoptive father. Just need a few drinks, I'm okay." Minho began soothingly downing his fine aged wine, trying to keep his mind at ease.

"Baby . . . . It's okay to be stressed, it's okay to be anxious or to have any kind of negative emotions. You're always there for me when I need it, let me be there for you." Jisung attempted to take the drink away from Minho but he roughly pulled it away causing Jisung to be taken back by the behavior.

"I'm sorry . . ." Minho realized his startling action and gave the drink to Jisung who soon put the wine away and pulled his boyfriend into his embrace, resting his head on his chin on his shoulder.

"It's okay, I'm here for you Minho. I love you, your plan will work I believe in you baby." Jisung planted nothing but a sweet kiss on the older's lips.

"Thank you love, I needed that. Just promise me you won't leave my side tomorrow, please. I don't want you going in the first place but I know you to well." Minho pulled away slightly to meet the younger's eyes.

"I promise." Jisung's lips pulled into a soft smile as he wouldn't think about leaving his side.
