"Who are you?", asked the girl working at the reception.

"I am Rahul Pandey, Meera's childhood friend and I have also my interview today", replied Rahul.

The receptionist checked the records. 

"Yes! Rahul Pandey, your name and details are on this list. Please wait in the waiting room, Shubham sir will take this interview", said the receptionist.

"What?! Shubham Malhotra, the CEO will himself take this interview?!", asked Rahul shockingly.

"Yes", replied the receptionist.

"But why?!", asked Rahul impatiently.

"Ask from Shubham sir yourself", the receptionist replied irritably.

"Is the post I am applying for so big that Shubham Malhotra is himself taking this interview?!", mumbled Rahul nervously.

"What??", asked the receptionist.

"No... Nothing... I am fine...", replied Rahul.

The receptionist gave him a suspicious look.

"Please wait in the waiting room. We will call you on your turn", said the receptionist.

"I think that you didn't hear me properly. I said that I want to meet Meera Malhotra", said Rahul.

The receptionist again gave him a suspicious look.

"Do you know who Meera Malhotra is? She is not a normal staff who is working here", said the receptionist in frustration.

"Yes, I know that she is not a staff here. She is Shubham Malhotra's wife but she is also my childhood friend and I want to meet her", said Rahul.

"No, It's not allowed. You can't meet her", replied the receptionist.

"What?! Can't you understand that she is my friend? If I complain about your behaviour to her then your job can be in danger", Rahul threatened her.

The receptionist got scared.

"What's happening here?", asked Kriti.

"Ma'am, he is saying that he is Meera madam's friend and wants to meet her", replied the receptionist.

"What?!", said Kriti shockingly.

"Ma'am, please come with me for a minute. I want to tell you something", insisted the receptionist.

Kriti goes with her.

"Now tell. What?", asked Kriti.

"Ma'am, that guy, is threatening me that my job can be in danger if I don't let him meet Meera ma'am because she is his very close childhood friend", said the receptionist.

"What! Listen, don't worry because of his baseless threats. And I don't know about Meera ma'am but if Shubham sir got to know that you allowed a complete stranger to go inside Meera madam's cabin then surely your job can be in danger.

Tanya overheard their conversation.

"No Kriti mam! You are wrong here", said Tanya.

"What is wrong?", asked Kriti.

"We are gonna sued up in both the cases. If you allow a complete stranger to meet Meera ma'am then he will get angry and even if you will not allow him and if that guy was really Meera's friend and she got hurt because of this then too he will fire us..", said Tanya.

"Listen, do one thing. Ask Meera ma'am because none of us has the dare to ask, Shubham sir. Inform Meera ma'am that a guy whose name is Rahul wants to meet her. If she says yes then only let him visit there. This will somewhat reduce the chances of getting us scolded by Shubham sir", said Kriti.
