SORREN STEPPED OUT OF the bustling Amazon warehouse, feeling a mix of exhaustion and accomplishment.

The long hours and physically demanding work had taken its toll, but there was a sense of pride in being part of such a massive operation.

As Sorren made his way home, thoughts of Grey started to occupy his mind.Arriving at his home, Sorren couldn't shake off the weariness.

He knew he needed to recharge before facing Grey. A hot shower washed away the grime of the day, and a simple meal filled his stomach.

Walking into the diner Sorren saw that the new manager was a woman which brought a glimmer of hope, maybe things would be different this time.

Sitting in the back of the diner Sorren watched Grey walk around talking people orders, his mind was still always fixated on Grey.

So he couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy when he saw Grey smiling at a male customer. It ignited something within him, an anger that he struggled to contain.

Unable to contain his frustration any longer, Sorren stormed out of the diner letting the door shut behind him.

He found solace in his car, gripping the steering wheel tightly as he repeatedly starts pounding on it,releasing his pent-up emotions.

The sound of his own heartbeat echoed in his ears as he tried to regain his composure.

Time seemed to crawl as Sorren waited until the clock struck 11. With a mix of determination and anxiety, Sorren decided to follow Grey home.

Sorren knew where Grey lived so with his heart pounding in his chest and the minutes ticking by with each one feeling like an eternity.

He finally mustered the courage to step out of his car and approach her house. Sorren gave her about 45 minutes before he even stepped out the car.

As he stood outside her home, Sorren couldn't help but question his actions. What was he hoping to achieve? Was this really the right way to handle his emotions? Doubt crept in, but it was overshadowed by his intense emotions.
