eleven ; appearance

"where the actual fuck did they go...?"

"wait okay, so you're telling me that itto AND y/n are LOST IN CHINJU FOREST."

yoimiya was freaking out. like screaming and crying- freaking out. venti was no better; he nearly dropped onto the ground and started rolling. the rest of them were silently holding a memorial for you and itto.

"our close friends, gone but never forgotten" kaeya closed his eyes and bowed his head in a silent prayer. childe did the same.

suddenly a yell rang out. "GUYS!! i think you'd want to look at this..."

running in the direction of heizou, who was scavenging for clues as to where the two went, the group stopped when they saw uprooted grass. "my intuition is telling me that they jumped off the cliff..." heizou brought a hand to his chin, thinking hard

"and why the fuck would they do that."

the crunch of dewy grass filled the space that the group inhabited. an unknown figure emerged from the haze of the forest, and everyone groaned. "hello again, everyone. i see some new faces so i suppose i'll reintroduce myself. i am takuya, y/n's fiancé."

"fiancé?! y/n has a fiancé??" xingqiu whisper-yelled towards chongyun, eliciting a shrug from the boy. aether and lumine were unaware of this as well but instead of caring, they crouched on the ground and made flower crowns for each other

venti's eyes rolled so hard they almost got stuck. "oh my god takuya, go away! we don't need your posh, stuck-up-ness right now!" the man in question laughed, contradicting his tone getting more serious."well excuse me, i'm just trying to make sure my wife-to-be isn't dead!" he paused before making his next words barely audible for the rest of them. "and isn't with that crimson idiot..."

"well, you already failed at one thing. n/n is with itto." yoimiya shrugged, but takuya replied instantly, "and how do you know?"

"i just know? like what kind of question even is that?? y/n and i are bonded mentally and intellectually. you could never be on my level!" your other best friend, thoma, dragged yoimiya away before she could start throwing punches

"anyways..., if they really did jump down, shouldn't we go after them?" aether rejoined the conversation, a vibrant flower crown adorning his head. childe nodded his head, "see, aether is one of the only ones with sense here!!"

scaramouche made his way over to the edge of the cliff, "yeah, and one of them is definitely not you." he soared in the air for a few seconds before landing on the grainy sand. childe quickly followed, determined to start a fight

soon enough, they all made it down the treacherous cliff and were ready to find you and itto. heizou was excited to finally put his detective skills to use but then... "perhaps they went over there, to take shelter." albedo pointed towards a structure in the distance, and the group took their journey

takuya straggled behind the group until he realized that the platform was a couple meters away, to which he pushed his way through the cluster and set himself at the very front, making it seem like he led this whole expedition

as they got closer and closer, the sound of the waves got louder and louder. venti, thoma, yoimiya, and tomo were contemplating turning back and looking for the two themselves before a soft voice spoke, "um... look! they are here..." chongyun motioned to you and itto sitting on the wooden planks of the game area

your head was placed on itto's shoulder and his head was on yours.

takuya stood there silently. if it wasn't for yoimiya and venti obstructing his view at times, he might've split you guys up himself. he didn't like how you were so... comfortable with the crimson kind. he didn't appreciate how you disregarded his feelings so quickly.

he didn't like how he was starting to see why you liked itto more. how itto actually cared for you, albeit in his own unique way, but still caring nonetheless. how he began to think that itto was the better man for you.

how he wanted to ruin your relationship

sure, he refuses to show it but, takuya doesn't care whether he marries you or not. so why does seeing you with another person piss him off so much? oh...

his reputation is at stake. the daughter of a wealthy and well-known businessman caught in an affair with some low-class peasant? yeah, that's gonna be all over the headlines for months

opportunities will be shattered and the face of the company will burn until not even ashes remain. and in order to prevent this outcome, takuya has to find something, and find it quick

if it wasn't for lumine snapping takuya out of his thoughts, he probably would've stood there even after everyone left! "now that we've taken our nap... let's beat that high score!" itto's voice was still dull and groggy, as he just woke up from a very satisfying slumber. you woke up a few seconds after, nodding and starting to get up from the wooden platform. your head suddenly knocked into something and you fell back down. opening your eyes, you saw for people gathered around you and itto, all of them avoiding your eyes

yoimiya, venti, kaeya, and childe were frozen in place. you made eye contact with each one of your friends before looking at itto

"what's going on?"

takuya pushed through the four to meet face to face with you but before you could vocalize your disgust, he kneeled down and hugged you.

"god, i was so... worried..." he pulled away before you could speak and looked all over you, "did you get hurt anywhere? what about your head? your arms? legs?" takuya stopped rambling as soon as his eyes met with yours, but that contact broke when he was met with a shove to his shoulder

"what the fuck is wrong with you."

standing up from your place on the floor, you looked down at takuya before facing your friends. "itto and i are fine. hmm..." you pulled out your phone to check the time, whispering to yourself. "if we leave now, we'll reach back around dinnertime.. alright! let's head back now! we'll be having dinner at my place so no need to stop by anywhere..!" hopping off the platform, you briskly walked over to where the end of the woods was, thinking about takuya's behavior just moments before

that was really weird... he's so weird... maybe he's trying to play into his fiancé role, make it believable. surely he wouldn't cause too much trouble... right?

wrong.

as you all reached the parking lot, your friends were splitting into the groups they came with, entering those cars almost immediately. but takuya came late, so everyone thought he was just gonna ride by himself

apparently not.

the man in question took it upon himself to get into the front seat of your car, and just before he closed the door, he said, "y/n, im going to ride with you. i just want to make sure you'll be safe, that's all." this, not only, left you in confusion, but also pissed itto off, real bad. he stormed over to the car and flung the door open. "hey, i was here first! back of the line, blue boy!" itto tried to pry takuya from the seat as he yelled but his opponent simply responded with "ugh, the crimson kind. so aggressive."

soon enough, takuya refused taking the throws itto flung his way and fought back. it was less of a fight and more like wrestling. itto trying to push takuya out of his "rightful seat" and takuya wanting to get itto out of his space

"oh my god... both of you. backseat. now."

dinner went even worse. the two kept kicking each other from under the table and after everyone left, you invited itto up to your room to ask about something. "huh, whaddya know! i don't think i've actually been up here!" itto walked up the stairs with you as takuya's voice rang from the lounging area. "oh? you haven't? last time i was there, y/n and i had so much fun..." in an instant itto jumped down from the stairs, "what did you say?!"

yeah... dealing with these two was gonna be so much fun...
