Part 2.14

At first I have no idea what it is but soon I can see it so clearly that is is impossible to misinterpret it.

I see a crow.

Or more specifically I see through the crow. I am the crow.

Soon it is no longer just an image but it is me.

I flap my wings and I lift into the air.

I fly up to the railing and look down at the school, the forest, everything.

I jump off the railing and flap my wings and instead of falling I soar.

I fly above the school and realize just how amazing the school is during a thunder storm.

I fly through the hoops at the quidditch pitch and I now know what it feels like to fly on the field without a broom.

But wait, regulus.

Did he transform correctly! Is he okay?!

I fly back to astronomy tower as fast as possible, making sure I don't get hit by lightning on my way back.

I land on the railing and ruffle my feathers to get the rain water off.

Looking around I try to spot a half human half animal person but all I see is a black cat.

And the cat definitely sees me.

And I'm a bird.

Shit.

The cat walks over slowly, eyeing me like prey.

Oh no.

I fly up into the rafters of the roof we're I know the cat cannot get me.

Considering the cat might kill me if I go down I decide to try and change back.

I visualize myself as clearly as I can.

I see myself far away but like I did with the crow I become myself. I see through myself. And then I am myself.

I close and open my eyes and realize how stupid I was for transforming back in the fucking rafters.

Now I can't get down.

"Ugh I'm so stupid" I groan to myself.

Looking down I see the cat staring at me. The look of aggression leaves it's face and it starts to.

What the fuck.

Morph.

IS THAT REGULUS!

"Y/n what are you doing up there" regulus laughs.

"What do you mean! I thought you were going to kill me" i scoff.

"Why would I kill you, I knew it was you" he laughs.

I sigh and laugh a bit at myself. Of course it was him, why else would a cat have been up here.
