Spencer never really had a childhood, his father absent and his mother a schizophrenic. Rossi and Hotch step in and help him out, something to help him cope. The team step in as his aunts/uncles and are more than happy to help their pretty boy.
Today, little Spencer and little Penelope were officially meeting one another. Rossi and Hotch weren't sure how it was going to go down so a couple days before hand they introduced little Penelope to the team so if anything went wrong, someone could come whisk her away.
"Alright, let's get you dressed for the day" Hotch says to Spencer. They head into Spencer's room and Hotch grabs him some clothes before lying Spencer on his changing table. He changes his nappy before putting him into a white short sleeve bodysuit, a pair of grey leggings and a short sleeve cream shirt.

"Ok, go play" Hotch sends him off so he could pick up his room a little bit.
"Hey, everyone's coming in about half an hour, how you feeling?" Rossi pops his head in.
"A little nervous, not sure how Spencer's going to take it but I guess we'll just have to wait and see his reaction"
"Yeah, not sure if explaining to him is gonna help or not but we shall see" Rossi goes and checks in on Spencer. It wasn't long until the team showed up.
"Where 'cia?" Spencer asks once he realised that Garcia wasn't there. Rossi soon brought her out of the bedroom.
"Spencer, Garcia is a little like you. Wouldn't it be nice to have a little play buddy?" Hotch asks him.
