Y/n's pov
It's been 5 days since the incident took place I was discharged from hospital 3 days ago I was doing alright , going to office doing my job but I wasn't fine because Joshua is still unconscious on that hospital bed , I hated that , I hated seeing him in that state , I waited day and night , I couldn't even sleep in case he finally came back to life but he didn't yet
Just as any other day I was in my office working trying to make myself busy because the stress was all over my head when I was away from him
Just then , I received a call from aunt ellie my heartbeat fastened , all kind of thoughts surrounding my head , I was scared , these days I would always get so nervous and scared when someone called me
why are they calling me
what do they want to tell me
what if it's about Joshua
did something happen while I was away
Such thoughts always made me terrified
I nervously answered her call
"Hello?"
"Y/n! You need to come to hospital right now "
"Why?"
"Joshua finally gained consciousness"
"What!I'm coming I'm coming" with that I hung up and jumped from my seat
I told Sunghoon and quickly drove to hospital
Once I reached the hospital , I rushed inside making my way towards his room
I opened the door and saw aunt and dad standing a little far from bed while doctor examined him
Once the doctor left , his gaze diverted to me , Our eyes met , I walked to him and hugged him as tears started to fall from my eyes
He hugged me back and patted my back as I sobbed on his shoulder
After a moment I pulled away and wiped my tears and he smiled at me
"Do you have any idea how worried I was while you were resting here" I said
"You were worried ? About me? That's new cho y/n"
"How can you joke right now , You almost died Joshua Hong I was almost left widow" i said being half serious half dramatic
"But it didn't happen , I'm ok . Do YOU have any idea how worried I was , where the hell were you y/n"
"Even I don't know what happened ok"
We were talking when someone barged in and pushed me away from Joshua
"Josh , Omg are you ok" Seo-ra said grabbing Joshua's hand
"It's all because of you ugh I told him to leave you I knew you were a bad luck , now look what you did to him" She said looking at me and then back at Joshua
I was in disbelief like first she barged in like it was her house , pushed me and have the nerve to say such things on my face
Joshua pulled his hand away from her grip "why are you here ,get out" he said
"I'm not going anywhere , I'm not leaving you with her who knows what she might do"
That's it , I have had enough of her
"Excuse me , I'm right here and how dare you talk like that about me"
She looked back at me and made a disgusted face
"Why are you even here" she said
"I can call police on you right now but I don't want to create a scene so leave once i'm asking nicely"
She was about to protest but got a call and left glaring at me
Joshua spoke once she left "Don't let her in "
