More Titans start swarming the area. Ochako calls All Might and requests help. At the hospital

Historia: killing Titans
Ochako: this way everyone! Hurry!

All Might: helping the boys out of the hospital

As the girls fight off the Titans, Shigaraki watches from a water tower
Shigaraki: perfect. Now, I just need Reiner to get Izuku Midoriya and One for All is mine
Dabi: notices him Tomura turns to see two abnormals running to him disgusting burns them
After fighting for 5 hours, Japan was evacuated and everyone was on the bus driving to the bridge
Ochako: holding Eri while looking out the window
Aizawa: drives the bus safely off the bridge
Jets fly by and blow up the bridge
Katsuki: that's the last bridge... Now Japan is full of Titans
