Sabriel brought her best friend to the library. They were both talking about their adventures.
"Sabriel, the kingdom needs you to rule. Though rumors had spread that The Empress, your mother died on the way to Rivendell. We know that demon whom poison the emperor, your father in order to control us and the next step is she wanted to control the whole world. " said Gladiolus.
"The Black Witch. Venda " said Sabriel.
"What? " asked Gladiolus.
"She is coming. The fellowship must be warn! " said Sabriel.
"The Black Witch. My company had caught her minions. We left none survive. " said Gladiolus.
"She is after the ring. " said Sabriel.
"If you wish to get out from here, I will help you. Our campsite is at the borders. " said Gladiolus.
"I will go. " said Sabriel.
"Good. We will wait for the cover of night. " said Gladiolus.

Time flies, and the sun is down. Sabriel gather all her things and put it into a bagpack. Gladiolus and she discussed their plan to warn the fellowship. Though the Asgenatian Kingdom is just a few miles away from the kingdom. The White Kingdom was behind the mountains. But still, you can see the Asgenatian Kingdom close.
Sabriel went went out from the room and head to the entrance.
"Well, you are sneaking out eh? " asked a voice. It was Galasdir.
"Galasdir. " she greeted.
"I know what you are up to. I'm going as well. " said Galasdir.
"Good. We must reunited with the others. " said Sabriel.
They both sneaked out from the palace and meet Gladiolus at the borders.
"Well done, friend. " said Gladiolus.
"Come let's go. " said Sabriel.
She mounted on a black horse given by her friend. The company set out from Mirkwood to White Kingdom. Galasdir mounted on the white horse.
Soon, it took one month to reach the kingdom.
On the 20th day,
"What is that? " asked one of the guards while the company rested.
Sabriel, Gladiolus and Galasdir was discussing about the ways. All sudden, the wind blew strongly. A guard entered into the tent with a gasp.
"The guards were terrified by something. There's a tale of the place when a spirit was here, guarding these woods. " said the guard.
A strange whispers were heard. Like the mist, it flowed everywhere. It's white and flying around the camp.
"Warn the others not to be overdrawn by these. " ordered Gladiolus .
"They are a beauty. " said Galasdir.
"Do. Not. Touch. It. " said Sabriel. "These is what I fear. " said Gladiolus.
Sabriel and Gladiolus held their weapons. The ghostly sounds around the whole camp. Suddenly, a scream was heard. The thing started to attacked the guards. Sabriel, Gladiolus and Galasdir went to fight with it.
"It cannot be kill! " exclaimed Gladiolus.
Sabriel got an idea. Her ring was glowing.
"Las norneth swithawan los soï. Hangars unduah velakí!(With the power of the ring, shall protect us from thee. Now, destroy all evil!) " shouted Sabriel.
The spirits ran away as the light shone on them. The spirits were burned. None of them survive. The guards groaned after the fight. Everyone stood up and the sun rise.
"What happened? " asked one of them as some were being attacked.
"Pack up! We're leaving now! " ordered Gladiolus.
They quickly packed up and continue their journey to the kingdom. After three days journey non stop, some of the soldiers fainted. They were tired and hungry.
"Sabriel, our soldiers. Some of them had fallen. They are tired and exhausted. " said Gladiolus.
"Very well. Let us camp for the night. " said Sabriel.
They set up a camp. Though it was already near to the White Kingdom.
"Sabriel, a few more days and we will be in town. " said Gladiolus.
"Good. Galasdir, on the day, when we are at the entrance of the palace, I will leave you in charge. Understand? " said Sabriel.
"Yes, my lady. " said Galasdir.
"We will take the east road. " said Gladiolus.
"The dungeons fortress is on the West Coast. We will head to west. " said Sabriel.
"Sabriel , there are many guards. They outnumber us. " said Gladiolus.
"Yes. But is there any secret tunnel? " asked Galasdir.
"No. Perhaps some diversion could help to drawn the guards away. " said Sabriel.
"Then, how are we going to take down the demon? " asked Gladiolus.
"After we rescue the others, we will marched into the kingdom and disposed that snake. " said Sabriel.
