This book is inspired by a movie I saw called Lost in Austen. As much as I liked the movie, I did not totally agree with the aftermath of when the protagonist goes in the book, sort of replacing Elizabeth. So I decided to write my own version.
Victorian era english is not my cuppa tea and I do not know how to accurately write dialogue for every character in their particular style, so I improvised a little.
I have also drawn inspiration for the 2005 movie and the 1995 tv show, so imagine those actors when you read this. I would highly recommend you to read the book or watch the move or tv show before you start.
