With Mary feeling better a few weeks later in herself after changing her lifestyle to fit in terms of having a child; Elina had decided to be as dramatic as one could be and throw a party. Of course, Daisy and Laurent plus everyone else would love to see the new addition to the family and Elina chose her guests carefully. Not only did she invite the Morstan and Von-Trapp families but she also invited a few soldiers from John's field in the army including Major Sholto again.

For entertainment she had called to Lenny, DJ and Jason but much to her dismay she had also invited Molly in order to keep up with the family appearances. Mary had assumed the party was to welcome the newest Watson to the world and it was to a certain degree whilst also celebrating Mary's birthday which she believed no one had knew of... No one apart from Elina.

Elina also saw it as a good setting to allow the Holmes family to finally meet her family or at least the family she was in close proximity with.

"You seriously didn't have to go through all this trouble." Mary spoke in amazement as she gazed to the room and found all sorts of people in. "I know I didn't have to but I wanted to." Elina subsided whilst walking down the stairwell with her and pushing her in Laurent's direction.

"She sure knows how to throw a party, doesn't she dear?" Violet amazed to her husband whilst holding a flute glass of champagne. "Indeed so." He numbly agreed on whilst looking every so often to the banquet of food on the side tables with waiters and serves stood at the sides ready to help.

Sherlock's head had collectively turned as he saw the curly hair belonging to his daughter pass his view. He watched with a careful eye whilst Mycroft surveyed the room, Elina introducing her to Archie and her youngest second cousin Mathew as well as a few other children near to her age and brilliance.

"So..." Sherlock began whilst looking away for Elina and Clarabella back to his brother. "How are the pair of you getting along?" Mycroft surveyed him before drinking from his glass. "It's not really any of your business." It was his arrogance that spoke volumes to Sherlock. In a way which also explained his sentimental values towards the woman in question. "Really. I suppose I could be wrong then." Sherlock jabbed hoping Mycroft would take the hint in which he did. "About what, exactly?" Sherlock smiled in smugness. "She seems to be the only one I have ever noticed that can bring an ounce of yourself to love her in return."

Mycroft coughed, greatly caught off-guard and glared at him. He didn't deny such feelings but he hadn't acknowledged them either. Perhaps he wasn't ready to dive in deep. "I do not love -" He tried to redeem only for Siger to earwig the conversation and join in. "Anyone. Quite rightfully so but it's in your eyes. Even a blind man could see how swayed and taken you are with the likeness of Elina. She truly is one of a kind." Siger subsided and spoke his last sentence with a sweet smile. "Have you not paid any attention to the male participants in the Holmes family?" He began to scold. Mycroft remained stiff as he stood and rolled his neck as if he was silently standing up to his father. "No, but please do tell and bore us all." Siger decided to let that jab go and continue on. "Look at myself and your mother. It's an unlikely duo but that's the point, isn't it? Now look at you and Elina. You maybe clever, Mycroft and I'm proud of you for having strong qualities but compared to her you are remarkably slow." Siger had tried to point out in simplicity that his son on his own was remarkable beyond standard but when he stood facing the world beside Elina; they were mighty powerful.
