(AN: I dub this narrative arc, the 'Goblin Hunt' ('Prodigal Son' - 'Doomed') concluded, onto the next. I wonder how today's episode will end, who knows? I hope everything goes right for [Y/N] and nothing that would emotionally scar him happens, like every other Saturday! Enjoy as always.)

The stare-down broke when a high calibre round exploded from the balcony hanging far above, Ana not taking any chances at this point, shooting to end the situation here and now, a headshot with the kryptonite bullet was all she needed. The Doomsday was prepared however, judging the distance, narrowly deflecting the bullet, using the marrow armour plates to parry the blow, sending the woman a deadly glare, Ana's face remained stern. "Lobo get to work." [Y/N] said distractedly, digging his hands into the reinforced floor below, shovelling a large amount of debris creating a projectile, Lobo's face lightened, "Don't need to tell me twice boss." charging towards the enemy group.

[Y/N] quickly turned to face the sniper, estimating the correct angle and amount of force, winding up the shot, before launching the cluster of concrete and tiles at the sniper, the clump of rock soaring through the air at great speeds. Ana narrowly evading the attack, rolling backwards. Yet, the doorway to the balcony had now been blocked, a large boulder now blocking the entryway, she would have to run all the way down to the ground floor to re-join the fight, cursing to herself, she had to be fast. Bringing her hand to her ear, she spoke aloud, "Winston, Lindholme, we have to speed up the evacuation, the Doomsdays going to be down there any minute now, do you have enough time?"

A loud and deep voice responded back, "The containment procedures are not conducive to a rapid evacuation unfortunately, it will still be a while before we can safely move the subject." Amari tsked aloud from Winston's statement, Torbjorn continued, "I've upgraded my defences using the kryptonite weaponry like you said, took me some elbow-grease, but I got it working, that should slow him down for a bit." Down below, she could hear the sounds of combat in the central chamber, gunfire, metal tearing, hell had broken loose it seemed, but ultimately, in her own mind, this only justified her opposition against these mutates, as Overwatch had come to identify them.

Ana couldn't help but think back over the previous few hours, they had to act fast since the silver-haired girl fled the facility, the notice of a data breach was blaring, and the information taken was quickly discovered, a warning sent out to the Malta facility, yet they had not expected them to attack so soon after discovering the location. Thinking to herself, perhaps she should have expected this, knowing how tenacious and determined [Y/N] was. Even getting support for this was an irritating matter, Blackwatch essentially closing up shop entirely refusing to offer any aid. Reyes nearly cutting off communication entirely after he wasn't informed on the plan, it was an expected response, Morrison advised against it, Petras went ahead either way.

But Ana knew that eventually they would see her way, it didn't matter whether or not they did in the present time, what mattered most was doing what was necessary, the trail of bodies, twisted writhing in pain was all the evidence they needed. Running through hall after hall, the stench of death littering the corridors, a feeling she understood well, shouting travelling through the walls, tomorrow would be another day, but they needed to get through this one first, and Ana would do all in her power to prevail.
