At Yokohama Yamashita Pier, the police are chasing illegal immigrants

"Illegal immigrants are arriving ashore from a small cargo ship in Cargo Pier 5." The field guide said as Inagaki and Toshikazu Chiba ran through the Pier with Magic helping them run fast "Inspecter Chiba, Assistant Inspector Inagaki, please hurry to Cargo Pier 5." he said

"Seriously..." Toshikazu said, "Not there again?" he said

"This is no time to be complaining, Inspector." Inagaki said

"Yeah, but Inagaki..." Toshikazu said

"Shut your mouth and run!" Inagaki said

"Excuse me, but I'm your boss." Toshikazu said

"But I'm older than you." Inagaki said

"Oh, man..." Toshikazu said then they sped up

At Cargo Pier 5, the mercenaries guard their boat, Toshikazu and Inagaki spying on them, Toshikazu signals for Inagaki to cover

"Freeze! We're the police." Toshikazu said the mercenaries aimed their gun, Toshikazu used his magic to create an energy board under his foot and they floated the mercenaries shot but Toshikazu flew dodging the bullets, he lands then knock out one mercenary and then attacked the others dodging their bullets then Inagaki shoots the mercenaries, however, the boat is already leaving

"Inspector." Inagaki said, "Let's secure the ship." he said

"All right, gotcha." Toshikazu said, "Okay, then, Inagaki. You stop the ship." he said

"If I do it, I might end up sinking it." Inagaki said

"No problem." Toshikazu said, "The captain will take responsibility." he said, Inagaki sigh then load a powerful bullet then shoot causing an explosion "Bravo." he said then drew his sword then used Jump Magic, and jumped toward the boat, he slashed through the deck only to find an open hatch that leads into the water, "So we struck out, huh?" he asked

Meanwhile in Yokohama Chinatown

Zhou Gongjin stood in front of a water well then, the well bricks are pushed out and collapsed allowing a group of men to climb out

"First of all, everyone, please get changed and get some rest." Zhou said, "I have breakfast prepared for you." he said

"Thank you, Mr. Zhou, for your help." Chen Xiangshan said then he and his men walked off

Later 10th on October, In front of First High School Main Building

Miyuki walks past a noticeboard revealing the new officers of the Student Council, with Azusa as president, Miyuki as vice-president, Kei as treasurer, and Honoka as the secretary then she arrives at a room Tatsuya was at

"Tatsuyanii-san, can I talk to you for a second." Miyuki said

"Sure, no problem." Tatsuya said, "Is it okay for you to be here? What about the student council?" he asked, "The new student council only just started up, so as vice-president you must be busy, right?" he asked

"Oh, no. Azusa seems to have her hands full, but as I'm just her assistant, I'm actually not very busy at all." Miyuki said, "Our secretary, Honoka, and our treasurer, Mr. Isori are giving me a hand as well..." she said, "By the way, Tatsuyanii-san, what are you looking at now?" she asked
