(mostly talking in this chapter)
"W-what?" Jessica looked at Alex with wide eyes, "Me..?" She asked pointing to herself.
"Yes Jessi-" Alex started
"Alex! Do you have any idea how much this girl has been through?!" Ivor yelled.
Jessica stood there as if she had seen a ghost. Her skin was pale as if she hadn't eaten anything in days.
"I'm sorry Ivor but she's the only hope we have to defeat Herobrine."
"I mean- she did defeat Romeo." Jesse added. "Romeo? Who's he?" Alex asked.
"One of the Admins from our world. She took away his powers and shit." Petra said twirling her sword around on the ground.
"Wait really? That's awesome!" Alex said excitingly.
"Uhm.. What do you mean I have powers?" Jessica said eyes wide as an owl.
"You were given powers by my husband at sometime when you were little, he was going to give some to Jesse as well since you too were such a good team and we're always together but then it was to late." Alex expressed sadly.
"So- how did you know I had them? How do I have them? How do I use them?" Jessica asked rapidly.
"Hey calm down Jess, I'm sure she has a plan." Lukas said in reassurance looking at Alex hoping to explain. Jessica took a deep breath and looked over the edge.
"I do have a plan and I'll have to explain it quickly. Once Herobrine finds out your all here he will try and kill you all. We need to spilt up into groups." Alex said pacing around.
"Spilt up? That has caused nothing but chaos!" Aiden spat out.
"You have to trust me."
"Ok. What's the plan?" Petra agreed.
"Alright so, when he finds out that you guys were able to free me, he will go after your world and attack. That's why we have Aiden, Cassie, and- Ivor."
"Defended their world? But why us out of anybody?" Aiden asked. "Its ok to not have everything figured out just yet. Let's just say this is a chance of redemption for the two of you." Alex answered.
Cassie and Aiden looked at each-other with worried eyes.
"Ivor- your just good at fighting. Plus I didn't know you were coming." Alex added with a scoff. "Wait you didn't know I was coming? But- I went after Soren he left a letter too!" Ivor said confused.
"Herobrine must have captured him. The rest of you need to come with me to Herobrines lair to defeat him. It's surrounded with monsters and we need the rest of you for that." Alex explained.
"So when will I be able to learn how to use these powers?" Jessica asked still confused and overwhelmed by everything being explained so fast.
"It's simple really we just have to train you for about a week?" Alex said.
"A week?! Does it look like we have time for a week!!" Jesse said angrily.
"I know it seems like a long time but Herobrine only checks on me every so often and it won't be for another week. That's why we need to prepare for the attacks earlier in your world." Alex answered.
There was a silence for a minute.
"What exactly are her powers?" Lukas asked.
"Super strength, fire manipulation, telekinesis, flight with the help of a potion, and time travel." Alex answered.
"If I have time travel then why can't I go back to the time before Brian was jealous of your husband?" Jessica asked.
"The catch with that is that it has to be within your lifetime from when your born to when you'll die. So basically it tells you where, when, and how you die." Alex said.
Jessica shivered in disgust.
"If she's has these powers then how can she- what's the right word.. unleash them?" Lukas asked.
"We have to give you a couple of potions and run some tests. Unfortunately since the power giver, My husband, doesn't have his powers anymore, our powers don't work the same and we have to do more complicated things." Alex said.
"Well what are we waiting for?" Jesse asked.
"So, should we go back to Beacon-town and Champion City to warn the others?" Aiden asked.
"We should probably warn Alex and Olivia in Boomtown and Redstonia. Knowing him, he's probably going to tear our whole world apart, worse than the Wither." Ivor said going towards the door.
"Let's get going, the sooner we get there the better" Cassie said making her way down the stairs.
Aiden and Ivor followed her as everyone watched them fade back over to the lake.
Nova broke the silence, "Now that they left, where do we go to activate Jessicas powers? There's no way there is enough room in the small tower."
"Luckily, I knew this day would come someday. Let's get out of here." Alex said. When they walked down the stairs, she grabbed a few things and they all left avoiding the wire along the staircase.
They made their way back through the village. The wall came down after the keypad opened, so they were able to avoid the building and the lake. They then went back to the portal hallway.
"So, do you know the way around the portal network?" Lukas asked intrigued.
"I do- but it's been a very long time since i've been here." Alex said looking around at all the portals.
"If you need, Jessica has the Atlas." Jesse added looking at her.
"No that's ok, I think it's just a couple more portals down.. anddddd- here!" Alex said with a joyful face.
Petra and Lukas looked at eachother and looked back at Alex. "Fire World..?" They asked at the same time.
"Remember how I said one of Jessica's powers would be fire manipulation?" Alex asked.
Everyone nodded in unison.
"The crazy thing is, I would have never thought about, that his weakness is fire and lava." Alex said looking at the portal.
"I don't think so. Last time I went there, my butt was on fire... literally!" Lukas shouted.
"Oh yeah! When you rubbed your ass on the ground like a dog?" Jessica snickered as the others started to laugh.
Lukas' face was flushed from embarrassment, "Let's head in, but obviously you guys went into the portal wrong." Alex said.
"You can enter a portal wrong..?" Jesse asked in confusion.
"You have to crawl and land on your knees or you'll get burnt right away." Alex said getting down on her knees, crawling into the portal.
"Uhm. Ok then." Nova said crawling in after her.
Everyone then got down pulled their shirts over their mouths from underneath their armor and followed behind Nova.
