Elda and Jan were back in Sweden where they had been offered a full hour to do a gig together at a festival, it would be their first ever gig together. It had been a sort of last-minute offer and they hadn’t had time to rehearse or plan anything except for the general order of the songs as well as which songs they would sing together. The gig was in Stockholm where Eldas uncle Liam (the uncle of her siblings) currently was residing, her aunt Alva had also gone there for support meaning that not only would it be their first gig together and they didn’t have any time to rehearse it, her aunt and uncle would also be there. Its safe to say it was quite nerve wracking for the two of them. Now they felt they had to do something to ease up before the gig and naturally they ended up at a nearby bar. They wouldn’t get drunk, that would feel like disrespecting the festival, their fans as well as their career. No, they wouldn’t get drunk but a shot or two to loosen up and become a bit tipsy would simply, and hopefully, make their performance better.

They had just sat down at the bar and ordered two shots of vodka each, not planning to stay for more than twenty minutes when they would have to proceed to the festival. “Ready?” Jan asked with a twinkle in his eyes, smiling cheekily. Elda grinned back. “Ready when you are” she responded, and as she said that Jan quickly downed his shots, glancing at Elda as she followed him.

"Do you want to come dance with me in the short time before we have to go?" Jan said excitedly, getting up from his stool. Elda smiled back at him. "Of course, I'll just pop into the restroom quickly and then I'll join you" she said. As she got out of the restroom she quickly regretted her decision because Jan wasn't just dancing he was dancing with someone else. And Elda couldn't blame him, he's allowed to have fun without her. But Jan was dancing with an admittedly very fit guy quite closely so Elda didn't have the courage to go up there and interupt them. She sat down at the bar again, deciding to buy just one more shot for extra measure and sat there glancing towards them frequently. When she didn't look towards him she could feel eyes on her instead and the all too familiar feeling told her it was Jan. But each time she looked towards him he averted his gaze. It hurt, and unlike earlier experience like this she now knew it was because of her passionate feelings towards him and the unpleasant feeling of jealousy filling her with bitterness at the sight of Jan with other people.

(Dare not dance to close too you
Looks towards your corner so you'll see me
Think we both know we have something
But you're standing with someone else
Don't know why it hurts so
I've built up walls for years
The bar remove their last alcohol
Please look at me?

It was time for the concert and Elda was nervous. But being nervous was a good thing, right? Atleast thats what her psycology teacher had told her in high school. Elda didn't have many popular english songs, she had one which had become very popular though. It was a duett with a guy she was friends with a few years back and it was about love. Jan had happily agreed to do the duett with her on stage. It was called Hold you and it was a beautiful ballad. Elda was very proud of it, it was just a bit of a challenge to sing it with the person she was currently in love with. And oh, thats right. Elda didn't simply hold feelings for Jan, she was in love.

They started of with this since they wanted to start with a song the audience would know as well as starting with something they could do together. The people arranging the festival though it was a perfect plan.

Elda took the first tone, the first verse being hers and she was immediately engulfed in the music, closing her eyes and letting the music guide her. As Jan's voice joined hers in the pre-chorus magic filled her heart and lungs, her voice and the air she breathed out. She opened her eyes meeting Jan's as they both sang together, sounding better then they had ever done before. "'Cause I will light up your heaven tonight
Light up the whole world
Just for you
Just for you"
